Came when they said they would. Talked me through and advised me about the problem and what they recommended. Very helpful for someone with no knowledge of drains. I would highly recommend this company.

First time using No 1 Drains Aberdeen. Called at lunchtime , here a couple of hours later. Came , saw and dealt with my problem. No fuss , no flannel , just got on with it. I'll keep the name of this local family business , for future reference.

They came round like one hour after calling them and the solved the issue straight away. The lads very very helpful, had all the required tools and explained everything they were doing. Definitely recommended.

The team responded very quickly, they arrived the following morning at the time they said they would. They carried out a complex drain unblocking scope, enduring very poor weather conditions, successfully completing it to a very high standard.

Gordon and Colin from Number 1 Drains arrived at the house and got stuck into my drainage problem immediately .
They got to the Root of the problem (which was actually roots in the line )
And blasted them out while checking the progress on the camera

From the time Tracey took my call to when Gordon and Chris completed the job, I have nothing but the highest praise for this company. Honest, experienced and hard working, it wasn't an easy fix, but with their comprehensive stock of tools, cameras and jet washers, each problem was dealt with with quickly and efficiently. Could not recommend them highly enough and very reasonably priced for the hard work involved.

Made a call and Operator was on site within the hour. Four Blocked Drains in a row of four bungalows. Operator was straight on the job with a camera and hoses. Two and half hours later, Three Van loads of water, drains emptied, sewage pipe lids and drain covers left neat and tidy. Great conversation on situation after the work and tidy-up Would highly recommend and would not hesitate to hire again and recommend to anyone I know.

Definitely a 5-star service! Rhyan was here within a couple of hours to deal with a blockage. Found the cause, cleared it quickly and checked to ensure all ok afterwards. Couldn’t have asked for a better service, and at a reasonable cost.

I couldn’t be happier with the job Chris did. He really listened to the issue I had — I explained that the manhole next to my kitchen was blocked due to an illegal conservatory built by the previous owner of my house.

Despite all the difficulties, he managed to unblock my kitchen drain pipework and, using my neighbour’s manhole, made sure everything drains perfectly into the main sewer. Everything was tested with special dye and filmed with a camera — very professional!

You can tell these guys are true pros. They use high-quality, effective tools and are worth every penny for the service they provide.

DON’T try to do it yourself or let a handyman mess with your drains — leave it to the professionals. It’ll save you time, money, and a lot of stress.

Excellent service. I wasn’t really an emergency and had been planning to get my outside drains cleared for a while but heavy rain prompted me to do something. No.1 came next day and cleared years worth of debris, inspected all the drains and did a camera survey, found a forgotten access point and told me where all the pipes went. A very reasonable price considering the work involved and I was very happy with the service.

Gordon and Chris just finished unblocking my combined rainwater runoff and foul water drains. They cleared the blockage with their high pressure jetting equipment, then ran their camera down the line. The causei was identified via camera to be fault where the drain enters the Scottish Water sewer. They will raise ticket with SW. Fantastic service. Very skilled. Made sure all toilets etc were running free.
