Doesn't payout amount advertised
Advertised two competitions, one for £500 and one for £1000. Didn't pay the winners the actual amounts advertised. Paid £150 for the £500 and £800 for the £1000 ensuring they got a profit. Last time I am entering, feel sorry for all those who entered. Despicable operation! How can you advertise a competition for an amount and then pay less? No one cares if you are down money, I entered the competition advertised. Once again if you can't commit to doing the amount advertised then don't mislead us customers!

Pushes comps back / cancels
Not fair on people who buy tickets early pushing comps back or having a minimum sales amount.
Also completely changed the prices and amount of tickets on competitions before Christmas including the Xbox one which seemed to have disappeared, hope the people got refunded.
