One small improvement
I rang to speak to an advisor and had to leave a message. No one rang back within a three hour time scale. When I got through the the person I spoke to was very helpful and I was happy with the speed with which the order was processed, the communication and the quick delivery. So I suppose if you were to put a process in place to monitor more closely the messages it would be perfect.

The right size and right fit is so comfortable.
I had a great experience at No.1 Bra. in Wheathampstead. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Kim measured me and we talked about what I was looking for... there are lots of bras to try in different colours and sizes. But the right fit is so comfortable. I ended up getting the knickers to match, and spent around £48. I'll definetely be back for more. Thank You.

I was nervous about using a company for…
I was nervous about using a company for bras on line, but was very quickly reassured that they would sort me. My dealings were with Anna and Kim, I must say they were terrific, very patient. Very helpful and after a very short time and a couple of deliveries later I have purchased 3 bras and are very happy with size and fit. Very comfortable and I won't hesitate to make further purchases. Thankyou ladies.

Good bras, communication issues resolved
Firstly i want to say that the bra's do fit well and are very comfortable. Thats a positive. However, the customer service was not great and I had the need to raise the issue with them. A particular member of staff picked up my complaint and was very helpful and responsive. I'm hoping that the previous issues with communication have been resolved and will not affect other customers moving forward. The bras are good quality and comfortable so it's worth giving them a go.

I don’t need any other bras. This is it. The Ava is a beautiful shape, gives me just the right silhouette and is so comfortable. Just one of these in each colour, annually, I’m done. No more shopping and hoping. What a relief!!

Comfort at Last!
I purchased three bras, 1 Kelly in black and 2 nude Darcey’s. All are a great fit and extremely comfortable, I am so happy with them and I will definitely buy the Kelly in nude as soon as they have my size back in stock.
I couldn’t recommend No1 Bra highly enough.

We as a brand did not introduce white in the core products after very careful consideration. However our champagne nude disappears under light clothes and white can eventually turn grey after a time.

This is one of most comfortable bras I have ever had. Following breast cancer and operations I found breasts different sizes and finding bra to fit without digging in really hard. These are so comfortable, was well and seem to be remaining comfortable too

Incredible product with amazing service.
The service in store was absolutely fabulous, really friendly. I honestly thought this was going to be a bit of an internet fad/lie but instantly once trying on the bras i was amazed. I went on holiday immediately after stopping into the shop and can confirm i have never had such a comfortable bra including whilst travelling. Having the support of an underwired bra whilst feeling like non-wired is amazing. I also spent the week skiing in a no bounce sports bra which was equally as comfortable. Everyone should have these bras.
