Lack of transparency - Dishonest to customers

The so-called "about page" of this company conveniently omits the crucial detail of shipping products from the UK, leading to an unwelcome surprise of extra fees, tolls, and MVA. This deliberate lack of transparency reeks of dishonesty, portraying the company as anything but forthright. While they may boast about quality products, their deficiency in clear communication and upfront information leaves much to be desired. A truly disappointing experience with a company that falls short on more than just one front.

Never received my order!!! Stay away!!

I ordered products on the 12.06.2023. Got an email that I should expect the products between 20.06.2023 to 04.07.2023. As of 11.07.2023, I still haven’t gotten the products. Don’t buy from them!!!

I thought it is a Norwegian site

I thought it is a Norwegian site, but then when I picked up the package, I had to pay 335 Nok which is not clear at time shopping, they supposed to inform the customer

I will never buy from here again

I will never buy from here again. my order never arrived. the worst experience with an online store so far! I am told that I have to return it for a refund, but how can I return something I didn't receive?

FOBBED OFF AGAIN

a few months ago i wanted to change my monthly beauty box subscription from 3 months to 12 months and was told to unsubscribe and start again ,this i did only to be told at checkout that you could not send it to me in Australia anymore.i wrote and asked why as i had been buying it for years and was just told it was restricted.since then i have seen Australian youtubers and influencers showing off their look fantastic monthly boxes and i am wondering how they are still receiving them when they are supposedly restricted.wrote and asked again why this is happening and received the same cut and paste answer as before ,which is no answer at all.maddening and disappointing but i did not really expect anything else.

I ordered a 6-month beauty box…

I ordered a 6-month beauty box subscription and after not having heard back from them in over a month after I ordered it, and my box was marked as sent at ‘my pages’ I contacted their customer service to see what was going on. I then got informed that the January box was currently out of stock, but that they wouldn’t charge my card until the box had been sent. Then I would also get a confirmation email of the dispatch. I’ve heard nothing, nada, zero and now my card has been charged twice, and I still haven’t received any box. Since it’s now mid March one would assume that maybe the February box would be sent at least, but nope. I’m ditching this company for good after my refund.

Positive experience, excellent customer care!

I have ordered from here several times even if I've read some bad reviews before, it has been good every time! This time I received a package that was slightly broken, meaning a shampoo bottle had opened and spilled. I contacted them via Facebook and almost immediately got a reply and help from someone in customer support named Kolo. They are sending a new bottle no charge. Amazing service and costumer care! No complaints at all.
