Broken product.
I ordered a lamp that was broken in shipment.
I sent a email explaining the situation and a picture of the broken product.
They sent me a new without any cost.
Fast and great customer service 👌

Very flexible return policy :-)
An item was delivered wrong in the first shipment. Next the correct item was delivered. With good help from Support I was told no need to return the wrong one, and I got ALL my money back the same day. This makes it worth do do shopping with Grandado again :-)

An expensive clock, that doesn't work
About Six months ago l bought a pendulum clock from Grandado , very stylish, in cream and gold , with s garnett coloured stone in the centre of the pendulum..... it's now for the last month been slowing down , dispite trying 5 different makes of batteries ..... So over a £150 later , thinking i was buying a quality wall clock ... i feel very disappointed and let down by this firm ...not to mention tbe money it cost for a dud clock ......
