Good interface and easy to book but every time the price suddenly goes up just one step before the final payment. Not when you choose the ticket, not when you are asked to choose extra services and finalise the price to be paid, but right before the money are withdrawn. This really sucks!

Dark patterns left and right. Tried to sell me probably a dozen add-ons I didn't need. At one point they showed me the options "Standard", "Premium", and "Premium+" for some option, and I almost didn't notice a tiny "No thanks" checkbox tucked away in the corner.
