I had a very disappointing experience with NLDC. I paid a total of £1500, and in my last instalment, they were supposed to take £200, but instead they charged me £400 without explanation or consent.

When I faced health issues, I reached out to request a class deferral so I could recover and rejoin with the next available batch. Instead of showing any understanding or support, they repeatedly sent me emails threatening to withdraw me from the course. In the end, they actually removed me from the class — on the very day of my first official exam — despite taking full payment.

In contrast, my friend enrolled with a different company, paid only £500, and when she had to pause due to pregnancy, that company simply froze her classes and told her she could return anytime. They even promised to deduct the amount she already paid when she rejoined. That’s what I call professional and humane treatment.

We are all human and unexpected health problems can arise. If you’re going to invest your time, money, and effort, choose a provider that shows empathy and values its students — NLDC is not one of them.

I strongly advise anyone considering enrolling: DO NOT choose NLDC. There are far better training providers out there who treat you like a person, not just a payment.

I am incredibly grateful to the centre for their unwavering support throughout my journey to becoming a qualified dental nurse. From day one, their structured approach, expert tutors, and engaging learning methods made even the most complex topics manageable. The course covered everything, the resources were clear and up to date, ensuring I always felt prepared. The tutors were knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in my success. I had Ana Marie along and I couldn’t have asked for a better learning experience, she truly goes above and beyond to ensure her students succeed. Their real-world experience and exam-focused guidance helped me feel confident walking into my NEBDN exams. The mock exam, OSCEs, case studies, and practice questions were invaluable, making revision effective and interactive. My career adviser also helped me transition seamlessly from a trainee to a fully qualified dental nurse.
If you’re considering a career in dental nursing, this is the academy to choose.

This company is nothing but a scam, attempting to steal £2500 from unsuspecting individuals. They disguise themselves as a legitimate job employer on Indeed, simply to gather your personal information. Instead of paying £800 for the same course, they demand £2500 for a job as a fake provider that appears to be run by a sales team. What's more absurd is that every member of this so-called sales team goes by the name Amanda. It’s a complete joke. I encountered an aggressive woman who was shockingly rude to me, despite knowing that their entire operation is fundamentally immoral.

North London Dental Center is the worst decision I’ve ever made. They pressured me with constant phone calls to apply, making big promises that turned out to be completely false. They told me all their 5-star reviews were “real” and guaranteed I’d get a job within a month. It’s been ages and I haven’t even had ONE interview.

Now they’re asking me to fill out an ROE form like it’s my fault I don’t have a job – when they never helped me get one in the first place! I also emailed them about serious health issues with medical advice from my GP to postpone classes. They refused, saying I’d still have to pay the full amount even if I’m too unwell to attend. How is that ethical?

Their support is non-existent once they have your money. They don’t care if you’re sick, broke, or struggling. It’s all about money for them – not about education or helping people. The positive reviews are completely misleading – do NOT believe them. This is not a trustworthy or responsible college.

Don’t waste your money here. Total scam. Stay far away.

Ana Maria is a good instructor who helps me a lot and is always at my disposal when I need clarification, she answers my questions quickly

Enrolling myself in North London Dental centre has greatly impacted my career and with the support of Ana- Maria I was scared in meeting the set score required to sit for my final exams yet she took her time encouraging and motivating me which impacted greatly in my success.
