BEWARE
I purchased a YAB phone for my daughter. Received it. One week later, it would not respond to any touch. Took months of contact with YAB for them to accept it back. Insisted on photos and video and numbers that werent on the phone or box. Finally gave me an address to send it to. Acknowledged receipt of the phone back and the fault, but only with my persistence.
Still waiting for a refund and its been over a year. All emails I initially had contact with are no longer active. I AM SURPRISED that they are still allowed to have a website. THIS organisation is an absolute and complete rip off.

Don't send any product to them. They will not return!

DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY!! Paid for express delivery and the phone took longer to arrive than the standard delivery. Phone poor quality. Battery useless. Able to send two messages on 100% battery before the phone turns off with no battery. All contact details (phone, email, social media accounts) go unanswered. Had to buy a new phone direct from Apple as a replacement and have essentially just thrown $500 down the drain.

No invoice was included with the package. Everything else was fine. Phone is in good shape, performs well.

The order I received from YABphones was generally alright: it looks very sleek and works very well, but there are a few problems too. The charger and earplugs I receiverd aren’t ‘real’ Apple products, though they dó work fine, and he product came in a cardboard box from YABphones, instead of a white Apple box. The most annoying thing however: I find it very hard to believe the battery in my product was actually replaced, from the moment I started using the phone the battery drained super fast... Overall, I guess what you pay for is what you get, and the most important thing is that it works and looks good,but when you want the optimal iPhone-experience you should consider getting your battery replaced (which, depending on the type and brand, shoulnd’t be all too expensive, Apple will temporarily replace a iPhone 6/6S battery for $29). Another minor ‘complaint’ is the state of the earphone jack and speaker, they weren’t really clean on the inside, but again, the sound that comes out of both is still fine. Also, the delivery went very smoothly and the order arrived as planned. I’m happy enough with my purchase!

poor feedback from sales about status of the order. when calling no one answers, it seems that it is a fake call center, also when contacting yab by mail you will get an automaic reply no matter what you ask them.

The phone arrived on time and in good shape: not even a single scratch! I was a bit worried after reading some negative reviews, but I had no problems whatsoever. The only criticism is towards DPD who couldn’t find the address and was hard to reach.

This is our story about ordering an Iphone with Yab, and why we regret ordering with them. We ordered 18th of Sept 2017. Today it's the 10th of Jan 2018 so almost 4 months later and still no working phone...
After delivery it takes weeks to deliver, than we got a faulty product. After having send it back to the UK (so international postage cost) YAB claims it was our mistake we got a DOA phone and had to pay repair cost... We paid and are waiting 2,5 MONTHS now and still no phone. Many emails later and finally we are told the phone is on it way back to us, which will take at least another week. Avoid at all cost.
