Used to buy this product regularly, but the last time I bought it I've come across a problem,there were yellow inclusions in cream,looking like cellophane or smth. The cream was replaced by the manufacturer, but the replacement cream contains the same inclusions, which of course, is not ok. Every time you use it,you have to peel off these yellow pieces of your skin.
Absolutely unacceptable, scammers, liars, cheaters: you pay for an order in advance and of course a complete amount, the delivery is 3-4 business days - it is an official offer. Then they send you an e-mail with excuses that due to some bla-bla-bla the delivery time is increased and your parcel will arrive not later than within 3 months... After I received such an e-mail I cancelled the order and asked for the reimbursement. Then they sent me an email explaining that due to the technical reasons the order did not arrive that is why they can't reimburse me my money. In return I explained them that there is no connection at all between my payment and a lost order (I already had an impression that they were lying to me) - and on the next day they officially confirmed that the parcel was lost. I have been chasing this company from the 30th of June 2016 for my money, they promise to pay back and they do not! They have been keeping and using my money and do not reimburse it. It is cheating and scamming.
