Everything arrived broken and smashed
Everything arrived broken and smashed, no protective wrapping in the boxes. We received x4 sinks totally in pieces. Now waiting/hoping for a refund…

Happy with the products
Happy with the products.
Only no tracking info available. When ordering it said that we would get info and then could schedule the delivery date. I received an email and sms from the delivery only mentioning that it will be delivered that day. I0 minutes later I got a phone call that they were in front of the house. They guy didnt speak dutch or english only French. Not very usefull when your living in Antwerp where Dutch is the main language. So delivery was very disappointing experience.

The service we have received by Hudson Reed was exceptional with handling our order, delivery and even return. Especially when we realized that we had made a mistake with one of the products order and we seeked for assistance with return, we called the customer support and Sanam was very helpful and assisted us the best way.

Delivery delay handled beautifully!
My recent purchase from Hudson Reed was severely delayed which caused a certain level of inconvenience and stress on my end as I struggled to cancel and reschedule my plumber to accommodate the delay. After speaking at length to HR support person Ben in the Netherlands, the issue was quickly resolved in a friendly and helpful manner. I am now very satisfied with the product, the price and the service I expienced. I will return to Hudson Reed for more products as I continue to remodel my home in Amsterdam.
