Terrible service, the order was placed 18 November for just 1 A4 photo. Now 4 weeks later still nothing. The customer service guy was friendly but hasnt helped me at all. I wouldn't recommend foto.com to anyone, please look elsewhere - oh and I also havent got my money back!

This is a very unprofessional company, which overpromises and under-delivers, my oder was placed and paid 1 week ago and is still not executed. Don’t use them..

We have uploaded a photobook, received a confirmation from foto.com but then weeks after a reply, that they could not find our project in their system, so they returned our payment, so we could submit again. We did, received their order-confirmation, and the same happened. We have tried 3 times now, and we are giving up. They have absolutely no controle over their system. And customers service is a joke.

Never write reviews, but this time I will. Placed the order on 29 november, but have never received the order. Poor customer service and no phonenumber to call.

Terrible company. Do not use! Deceptive trial offer. Took my money would not return.
I contacted for refund and they refused.

This site is a scam, if I could give it 0 stars, I would. I placed an order for 14 photos, which supposedly shipped out the next day (and were supposed to be delivered in 4-5 days). After a week, I hadn't received anything, so I inquired with customer service, and they told me to wait. After 10 days, I checked in again, and received the same answer. After 2 weeks, I asked for my money back, as I still had not received my order and was told that it could not be tracked. I was told no, and to follow up after a month. They gave me excuse after excuse, told me that it must be a problem on my end, that I should make sure that my name was clear on the mailbox and to check with the post office and neighbors... I've had no issues getting any other mail on time, and yet they will not offer a refund or even offer to refund shipping. An absolute waste of money and time. This site is a scam, I'm fighting to get my money back through paypal. Use DigitalPix, they delivered in 2 days with no problems.

Excellent service, high quality paper and ink and all at an amazing price. Prints you can physically hold not only is nostalgic but also brings the moment of capture fresh in memory.

Everything was just perfect, as usual: on time, superb print and overall quality.

3 months later and the package never arrived... Tried to contact them multiple times but without any succes.

Package tracking is broken on the website.
Package never delivered to my address!

I order it since 21/06/2019 yet not receive it.

Good quality and delivered on time

The programm is not very friendly. Installing also took me too much time.
I wanted to have the calendar for birthdays with pictures on the date.
It took me ages to order, a lot of went wrong and the payment didn't work. Finally on black Friday, how ironic the payment succeeded. To weeks later I still don't have my calendars.
I got mail from the helpdesk, but only every 2 or 3 days.
I'm still waiting, probably the ship has to go around the world first before he ends up in Holland!
This wil be my last time with Foto.com.
