I ordered two perfumes (Lattafa Khamarah and Afnan 9pm). The cap of Lattafa Khamarah was broken, but the perfume smelled wonderful. The Afnan 9pm also smelled wonderful.

I still haven't received my order

I still haven't received my order, I don't know where it is and the trace & track doesn't work. Slowness and ineffectiveness. How much longer do I have to wait to receive my order????. Never again!!!

I bought 2 perfumes and everything was fine, but apparently it was to hook me as a customer, then after 3 days I bought two more and from day 1 until now, day 21, I don't know anything about the perfumes, except for the shipping.Order number 1500030584 I give them a zero because the store does not respond to my questions.
