Really good service all round!
The item I ordered was really lovely. The quality is superb. It was packed and sent with care, and I was informed all through the buying and delivery process, which was much appreciated. I also rang to speak to the shop too, as I had made mistakes on my order. They were so very helpfully, and rectified the problem straight away. A very good service all round.

Order was made and paid in full. After 3 weeks only received 1/3 of the order.
Email then promised the rest of the items will be on the way.
Finally received all products this week.
Order placed 09/09/24.
Order fully received 01/11/24.

Thank you for your review, we apologise for the delay on some of your items. We dispatched part of your order within the normal 3-4 week turnaround window, unfortunately there were some items out of stock with our supplier and these items were placed on backorder which we communicated on 02/10/24.
We understand the frustration that this can cause but suppliers stock levels are out of our control. The backorder items were completed and dispatched as soon as we received them from the supplier.
