I had NJM for over 10 years now and my rates have gone higher. I work from home. I go into the office 4 times a month. Somehow my insurance has gone up. I had the same car for the last 3 years now. I have a good driver record but my insurance has gone higher. I can no longer afford the increase. For the first three years of having my used car I was able to pay but now it has increased . I am paying $359 monthly and I work from home. Eighty percent of the time my car sits in my driveway. I use it to work when I have to go into the office, which is like 4 times out the month. Today I will no longer have car insurance. All the other car insurance has increased also. So either way your trapped in overpaying or having no insurance.

The customer service was outstanding.
NJM handled everything with the auto body shop. I just had to drop off my car and pick it up 4 days later. They originally said 8 days, but it was ready in 4. NJM agreed with the estimate and they paid the auto body shop quickly.

Matt helped us understand the process from when we reported the accident to the end. He called and answered phone calls when we left a message with questions. Calls were followed up with written documentation. I pray it never happens again. Thanks so much Matt for keeping me calm.

I know why there's no jingles or mascots. That's because very few people qualify for this insurance, so they don't make enough to have jingles or mascots. Lol

I’m so thankful for the guidance and support ( and patience ) as I was traveling and caused some delays with the process until I could return. But even with my babies screaming in the background everyone was so patient , understanding and helpful.

I have been with NJM a long time and have three policies with them. Every time I needed insurance coverage they were there and took care of my claim immediately.

I had to call numerous times to get the correct windshield for my vehicle. After being a customer for 29 years, I was told only aftermarket parts were approved. We pay way too much for insurance and having to make multiple calls and time away from work was inconvenient.

Service Representatives were efficient and friendly. Everything wasn’t handled professionally.
