professional and nice staff.

To slow, and always over crowded

Doctor and the staff are very professional. However, some of the staff need to pay attention to the visitors upon in line at the front desk. They can improve by greeting the visitors a bit faster, and improve customer service.

The dentist was very nice and gentle. He knew how to keep me calm. I am a person who's very scared of dentist if they're not putting me to sleep then I don't go to them. This was a first.

Always a great experience never really wait thatb ong but than again im always there before my appointment time n come 1-2 times a year for myself n for my son who comes once a year for his teeth cleaning...dr gaines has been our dr for years...love the staff n her!!!! Always engaging with us and very sweert and straight forward

Matthew had a great experience staff was very helpful and personable with me. It was also nice to hear that I had no cavities and oral hygiene was excellent.... I love my dentist

Office personnel was very friendly and efficient. I did not have insurance so I had to pay out of pocket. The office and doctor were genuinely concerned and didnt seem to just want my money. My visit didnt require x-rays (AKA more $$) and they didnt pressure me at all.
