The service was good. The car was quite new and in very good condition. Well cleaned. Low consumption. Our main problem was that it smelled a lot of cigarettes. Someone before us had smoked a lot, really a lot. The smell remained during the 3 days we used it.
The only reason for my 4 stars is the smell.

When I dropped off the car, the employee suddenly "discovered" a 2-3 mm scratch on the windshield, even though it was practically invisible when I picked it up. Furthermore, the rental agreement contained a clause stating that any scratch less than 2 cm in size was not considered damage. However, Nizacars billed us for repairing the scratch, which was a good thing we had insurance from DiscoverCars for such an event. My family and I ended up spending about two hours at the Nizacars office filing three copies of the claim. Nizacars promised to email me a signed copy, but they never did. If you don't buy comprehensive insurance from Nizacars, their customer service is very poor. I don't recommend this rental company and have already blacklisted them.

This was one of the worst rental experiences I have ever had.
The booking looked acceptable online, but the situation at pickup was completely different. We were suddenly told that we had to pay significantly more as a couple, or otherwise provide an enormous card deposit of around €5,000, plus a fuel deposit of about €300. These conditions were completely disproportionate and felt like pressure tactics.
What was presented during booking did not match the reality at the counter. In my opinion, this is a misleading and unacceptable way to do business. Customers should be clearly informed of the real conditions before booking, not confronted with them when they have no practical choice left.
I strongly advise people to think twice before using this company.

Everything went well. Rented car for 2 days, got it fast and return was also fast so we made to a free shuttle bus that arrived to the place just as we returned the car.

As soon as we notified this company we were using our own insurance and not their highly expensive options we received threatening, aggressive and rude behaviour. We weren't shown to the car or even given a damage report until a few hours later. On return we witnessed a young couple being charged over 400 euros for an almost ilunnoticeable scuff on a wheel alloy. Last year we had the same happen to us. We tried to avoid Nizathis time but the broker we used used Niza which I only realised after we had paid. These guys are a bunch of con artists.

I have never experienced such appalling and aggressive "customer service" in my life. We booked via Holiday Autos and, following the expert financial advice of Martin Lewis, arrived with our own independent excess insurance. This choice seemed to personally offend the staff.
The Collection: Hostility & Threats experienced
The staff member at the desk was visibly angered by our refusal to buy their in-house insurance. He became incredibly intimidating, throwing our documents across the desk in disgust. He explicitly claimed that without their cover, we would have "no right to discuss issues" at drop-off and even told us we would be liable for towing costs in the event of a total mechanical failure. The hard sell was delivered with such hostility that it cast a shadow over the start of our entire holiday.
The Vehicle: Sub-standard & Faulty
The car was in poor condition, featuring a broken antenna, multiple scuffs & scrapes, and a faulty fuel sensor. Despite a full tank, the car beeped incessantly with low-fuel warnings. Because of the behavior at the desk, we felt forced to take exhaustive photos and pickup just to protect ourselves from what felt like a predatory environment.
The Return: Disrespectful & Rude
We returned the car a day early simply to be rid of the stress. Upon arrival, we witnessed staff intimidating two young women and demanding what appeared to be around €400 for a minor wheel scuff.
When my parents (in their 70s) tried to help us navigate the return in Spanish, they were met with total rudeness and dismissal. When we called out the staff for their lack of basic manners, we were told not to use the company again.
Final Verdict
Don't worry—I wouldn't touch Niza Cars with a barge pole ever again, and I suggest you don't either. They clearly resent customers who use intermediaries or come prepared with their own insurance. Save yourself the stress and book with a company that treats human beings with a shred of respect.

I was not satisfied with the insurance. I had to pay an additional 44 euros in insurance, even though I had already chosen full insurance in advance. This is to avoid problems later. In addition, be aware that they have limitations on km.

Your employee was very kind, car is good, too. But I had to sign on something on a scrren that haven't shown me. Also I havent received any confirmation or paperwork. Also 3 hours later, I haven't received anything via email.
