Unacceptable behavior
The company does not seem to respond to my inquiries on a previous complaint they handled back in 2022 which was replaced back in 2022.
However, the same product deviation reoccurs today in the replaced product we got as replacement back in 2022.
The former agent in Denmark AnKøkken for Nivito forwards us to inquiry to Nivito AB, swedish company.
The company Nivito does not respond on our inquiry, which was created through their own website portal.
We have also tried by responding on previous mails coming from sales@nivito that we received back in 2022. Unfortunately still no response so far.
An official reply to my request would be appropriate.
If its not the case, I would strongly advise other potential customers, locally as well as international customers, to be aware of the above.
I strongly hope that the company will react to my review, so that the above could be improved and updated afterwards - if I receive contact on behalf of my inquiry.

Still no action from Nivito what so ever.
We observe that Nivito customerservice do answers on other inquiries that comes from other persons related to a upcoming sale - as long as the subject is not related to claim. But immediately when these persons inform Nivito that they also includes a claim they company immediately stops all communication that myself or the other person, in this case (my wife) may have had with the company Nivito !
it is my belief that this company acts with bad intentions all of the sudden.
