My mom is a ginger so I got the skin that cycles between glowing white and lobster red. Ive spent my life looking either sick or sunburnt. I was so skeptical of this, figured it was another one of those things that would turn my palms orange or mess with my liver. But I was desperate. Its been maybe two months and the difference is it's not a tan. I just look like I have blood flowing through my veins. My skin has some warmth, some life to it. I dont look like a Victorian child on the verge of consumption anymore.

1) It's false advertising. They claim the product is made in a FDA approved facility in the USA. Not true. It's all made in China and who knows of what ingredients. 2) They tell you to take 4 drops, then another Nivie bot states to take 20 drops. In other words they can't keep their story straight. 3) I sent multiple emails that went unanswered so I filed a complaint with my credit card.

Ordered Nivie drops but received 3 boxes of Milano drops instead shipped from China- definitely want a refund

Scam! Does not respond in a timely manner. Will not refund or approve my return of 4 unopened boxes. Drops do not work and they offered to help me optimize the drops! What??? The website says refunds within 30 days no questions asked. That is simply a lie!
Update…the company did reach out and offer 80% refund. I expected all of it but also figured 80% is better than nothing. They did not want the unopened returned. Save yourself the aggravation and just don’t buy.

Same as a lot of people, ordered Nivie and got Milano with boxes all damaged, definitely fraudulent DO NOT buy this product, cheap sent from china not USA, I will get the word out there about these Frauds.

Total scam. Fake website. Fake reviews. Fake mentions of well known magazines. Milano drops being sent from China NOT USA as advertised. No money back guarantee given as advertised. They ignore your emails. Spelling mistakes all over the product received. They delete all the negative comments & reviews across social media. AVOID at all costs

I ordered my drops over a week ago and when asked where my order was I received an automatic reply stating they are a team of 4 and they are very busy . When I try to used the tracking number it crashes .. something felt off so I did some digging and I am now concerned I have been scammed… I will wait and see if it arrives and if it is actually what I ordered , however I am concerned I have fallen for something.

I ordered 2 bottles of Nivie tanning drops. My order arrived and it wasn't Nivie that I received it was Milano drop. One bottle wasn't even sealed. I have researched Milano drops and it is a completely brand and is cheaper. I can only assume that Nivie are buying Milano drops and either swapping the packaging or are selling both. I have tried to contact Nivie by their contact message and also by email and have had no reply. As people know these drops aren't cheap, I would like a refund, I will update as and when I hear from them. FINALLY HEARD back today, no offer of a refund !! Just to say that they used to be Milano but changed to Nivie. They have allegedly poured the new updated product into the old Milano bottles and used the old packaging. I don't believe that for one minute. I have again requested a refund. Will update as and when I get a reply.

Looks like i have fallen for a scam again!! Fake bottles from milano, spelling mistakes on the bottle. I won't be using them. What a shame people do this! I have learnt my lesson.

I have been using Nivie tanning drops AS DIRECTED for nearly 5 weeks and there has been absolutely no change to my skin colour. I emailed the company and they replied with a list of how to best use the product none of which is on the website and most of which I had been doing anyway. Complete waste of money.
150625 since writing this review I have now been taking the drops as directed for 6 weeks with NO results. I have already emailed you my regime and you made a few suggestions. I have been following these new suggestions with no results so please provide a full refund. Thanks

The company lacks transparency on where the product is actually coming from. It's been two weeks since I placed my order. Domestic shipping processing is 1-3 days. Company states it's facility is in Florida. So, I should have had the product over a week ago. Come to realize the product is stuck in customs and coming from some foreign country (presumably China) - not the US. I can't review the product because I still don't have it.

2 months and no change shipping shows they come from China save your money and get lotion

Bought Nivie drops sent generic milano drops which are made in China, these drops I have since found on amazon for half the price. Do your research before buying as this is clearly a scam of sorts. Disappointing and my bottle keeps oozing liquid on the outside of the bottle.

I ordered mine and still haven’t received it. Going on 4 weeks. Not feeling great about the product. Says made in the USA. Not really sure what the ingredients are going to be or if it is legit. They already lied about where it’s made and shipped from. Let’s see when it ever gets here.

This company has been consistently misleading. Despite reaching out multiple times via email and social media to ask why my product was shipping internationally—and to clarify where their products are actually made—I received only vague, evasive responses. Transparency only seems to have become a priority after negative reviews started surfacing.

Even more concerning, when you search the company’s listed address, it leads to a high-rise condo in Florida—raising serious red flags about their legitimacy. It appears this operation is being run out of someone’s living room while falsely advertising FDA-certified U.S. manufacturing.

To make matters worse, the company actively deletes negative comments on social media, further demonstrating a lack of accountability and integrity. I will be filing formal complaints with both the FTC and FDA. I have also filed a dispute with my bank.

SHAME ON YOU.

I’ve had terrible customer service from this company!
First of all I received the wrong drops which brought me out in a terrible rash!
If they’ve change the name this should have been mentioned before I ordered!
I got in touch and was offered a partial refund let’s just say the offer was ridiculous.
No way of returning the unopened boxes either!
I eventually agreed on the refund but after 6 messages off me, I’ve still not received anything!
I definitely wouldn’t recommend, especially if you’re in the UK!
They come from china.
Please do your research on Milano drops as-well, I had a big opener.
I will update if and when I get a reply to my 6th email.

This company seem to be a scam. The product they send you is fake milano drops. I placed an order and then read some reviews and canceled it within half an hour. Their policy shows this is possible with a full refund. I emailed them on the contact details on their Web page. They replied that the order had been processed and they were very sorry and to try the drops. This went back and forth with bot like replies. In the end they offered 70% off which I accepted as I just wanted my money back and they said it was their best offer. However nothing has been refunded. If they do I will update my review.

Update:They did send my 70% refund after I posted this review but really they should have given me all my money back as part their cancellation policy

You receive a badly designed box from China with instructions in misspelled English.
I would avoid this scam.

Received a completely different cheap Chinese made product, in packaging covered in poor English. Complete scam. I’m obviously not going to drink it!! I’ve been in a back&forth with ‘Katie’ who is probably ChatGPT, who eventually promised a ‘70%’ refund’ but I’ve not received it. So I will have to do a charge back with my bank.
