Don't Get Rooked

A real estate and property management group claiming to put people first, that they do things differently. This is empty rhetoric from my experience. Lazy and incompetent would be accurate descriptors were it not for the fact these people seem to intentionally go out of their way to manipulate and deceive. All in the name of their business model, Greed. Ignoring critical maintenance concerns and other communications, this is not only disrespectful, and certainly not putting people first, it is unlawful. The home owners are not getting their money's worth. And neither am I.
