I purchased a server for the first time in a very long while, and had issues at every single possible turn. Fixit Felix, or whatever the bot's name is, was quite informative, which I was surprised by. The real kicker was the man that actually provided assistance to me, Sergio Sandoval. I would give a rating of one star because of the fact that my server failed to communicate with Steam from the get-go, and I wish to be honest about my satisfaction levels with that - which is to say not at all. Because of Sergio's assistance, and his understanding with my snappy behavior, I wish I could give this rating five stars. But, again, the whole 'honesty' thing. I don't know what the problem is, but it is a problem, and if my issue can help you guys fix it for others, I'm satisfied.

It does take a while to get though to customer support but when you do they're great - Ailssa helped me and she was brilliant.
Good service, good prices, but support needs to be improved.

Josué Reyes stands the best support agent ive had in months, he listened to the issue and helped me resolve the issue quickly and efficiently. Olny downside is the wait time

Used them before and thought they were good but after coming back there AI sold me the wrong server expansion and after spend 4 hours in the first stage to get it sorted the server was no where to be found, I tried many different ways to fix this but ended up in there endless wait of a que 8 hours and i was dropped and had to start again. No way to complain just a AI bot. My advise you might be better looking elsewhere.
Its a shame because WHEN you are able to speak with a member of staff they are helpful

Two stars because of the server hosting experience. Customer Service is good (Ali A.) I disliked that there is no notification of progress on update to server. Ive been waiting for 7 hours. No one had a clear answer as to why. I found out that the update actually started at hour 5 but the customer service credited me 5 hours to my server rental time.

I'm no pro when it comes to setting up servers by any means, but the help and tools available have made this learning curve far easier than I'd anticipated. We've had Ark, Minecraft and now Hytale servers with Nitrado and everything has worked with easy to obtain advice and help when required. We did move away to another, cheaper host, but after just 2 days were back to Nitrado after an awful experience! Nitrado is now our go to.
Alexis W was super helpful with answering all my questions and fixing my server issues, she kept me updated along the whole process and was super nice!

I had to wait a bit, 30 mins, but they fixed the stalled container by moving it to another hardware in few minutes. Feels almost like a premium support nowadays.
i spent an entire week straight fixing my server and everytime i try and get things to work theirs a new problem has to rollback my server 5 different times and cant even play with friends after spending more money payed for extra ram still didn't work, nitrado is absolutely useless thanks for wasting my time.
