Honestly loved the ACV!

Honestly loved the Apple Cider Vinegar. It's with the mother, organic, so pure and comes in a glass bottle. I am so glad that I didn't go for popular brands. I am so happy that I gave Nirvana Organic a try. I saw immediate results, you gained a permanent consumer. Thank you so much, keep up with the quality please. You're the best!

Overall the service was good but i have…

Overall the service was good but i have one complain which i already discussed with your customer representative but they were totally blank and unable to explain the reason why you will people charge more than MRP of the product. You are already added the shipping charge then I don’t understand the reasons for listing the product at higher price at your portal. This is something raises concern about your business practice.

Comments on your product

Quality of product is very good but, locating the product during transit is very poor. Moreover you don't respond to my mails. Packaging is also an issue. I bought 3 nos of apricot oil. In one bottle there was a leakage. So I lost 20ml atleast. Kindly send a mobile number or the app where we can locate our product

Experience with Nirvana

No doubt the services from Nirvana were good. However, the miscommunication between the organisation and the delivery partner made it problematic for me. I wish if it could be improved for the next time.

Buransh Squash is great

Buransh Squash is great. It taste great. You need to look into your delivery partner. The courier service lacks the professionalism as they didn't deliver it on the first day though it was showing - out for delivery. Over all you need to work upon delivery - it should not take more than 2-3 days

ThNice products

The products arrived on time . The only one thing I did not like was that the products were packed in plastic bottles which by itself is dangerous for health. Hence four stars. All the products were nice and edible.
