If I could give less than 1 star I would. Ordered an advent calendar on 24th November and received tracking, On 11th December I received a letter informing me it was on its way, 14th Jan and still not received and also no replies to email. £70 out of pocket
They are a bogus firm still waiting a letter came to say it's on its way I have emailed so many times absolute scum my hoover will not be coming soon as I have read all the other reviews
ZERO stars - SCAM! Tracked item was a note saying the item was on its way! I got an email to say not to worry and the item would be received soon, then the link to their store and tracking my order were suddenly "no longer available"! Get in touch with your bank and raise a dispute if you have also been scammed. Good luck!
Scam shop, items don't arrive, fake tracking. If you've bought anything at all report the payment as fraud to your bank at the earliest opportunity.
Scam. Send you tracking then it’s just a letter that arrives saying your order is on its way.
I havr recently ordered treadmil. It never came they send an envolope and track it with royal mail and do not send product. The website needs reporting as they are fraud and scam
Bit concerned. I made an order with this company, who looked legitimate, on Dec 5th.
They still haven’t dispatched the order on the 15. It was for over £100.
I have tried to contact them every way possible but no response so far.
