I was happy with my first order that I…

I was happy with my first order that I purchased two more beanies. Sadly, My second purchase, the deliveries were poorly met. I have only received half my order and when I tried to inquire what was happening with the other half of my order, I received a slow and poor response. I was told that the phone contact number was not working and the tracking was not working as a well, basically I was told to just wait, that nothing could be done and I received no information as to when I could expect my second part to my order. So it’s going on two weeks and still nothing. I cannot track my order or get a reasonable response.

Everything I chose to order they didn't have wouldn't refund me my money back gave me a gift card to continue shopping but I don't see anything that I like so I'm just out of luck I guess...

Buy from Nipkit only if you like getting your stuff a month later 👎

Well, haven’t even gotten my item yet. Ordered it on the 9th, and it’s now the 24th and the item hasn’t even moved from its shipping location.

Over two weeks ago, item hasn’t shipped yet. So even if it’s an awesome shirt, they get 1 star review for zero urgency in getting product to their customers.

Order not received after 29 days!!! Do not use!!!

Very poor, after 12 days and my order not shipped I receive an email that the item I ordered was out of stock. With No actual instructions on how to fix the problem. Very poor company with little selection.
Just an update to the extremely poor service from this organization. It has been 29 days and I still have not received my order. US BUYERS BEWARE!!! Oh and ignore their reply no one ever contacted me!!!

It’s a ‘no’ from me

I ordered two cardigans that they said were in stock. I got an email later saying they weren’t in stock and they would offer me store credit instead or alternate items. I had to email back to request a refund.

The clothes look like a nice selection

The clothes look like a nice selection, but a cancellation window of only 60 minutes, as in no refund even though it hasn't shipped, is just not unacceptable. Given the countless other negative reviews, I guess I should have known better. We'll see if these clothes ever actually ship.

*UPDATE*
I finally received my order, and while it took months to receive, all the clothes and accessories are even better than I expected and true fit to size, I'm very satisfied with the products. If they can figure out their supply chain issues I'd love to buy more from this store.

So far nothing has arrived and have received zero communications from the vendor. We are on day 11. So, my one star rating has to do with the delivery process, not the product. At least for now.
