Complete lack of empathy towards children in Foster Care. As they move houses, I've asked for amendment in parental controls but Nintendo "Customer Support" does not care. I can't expressed how ashame... See more

Absolutely terrible service
Absolutely terrible service, I wouldn’t buy any item from Nintendo again! I thought I was doing the right thing buying a pair of headphones direct from Nintendo for my daughter’s Switch. I bought them in November as a Christmas present, mid January the mic stopped working (3 weeks of limited use). After contacting Nintendo they said they couldn’t offer a replacement as they were purchased over 30 days ago and to refer to the manufacturer which could be found in “Product Overview”. I’ve tried to contact the manufacturer and had no reply. I’m really disappointed, I expected a better service from such a large company.
Worst customer service going
What a bunch of incompetent robbing horrors.. I wont be giving Nintendo another penny of my money.. worst customer service I’ve experienced in my 40 odd years.. goodbye Nintendo we had some good times
Non existent customer service. Chat and phone lines supposed to be open from 8am at 8:45 neither is available for help. Website is useless and just takes you around in circles around the help topics.
Non existent customer service
Horrendous customer service
Horrendous customer service. Sent device in for repair, they are now saying the small scratch on the screen has to be paid for even though the issue is with the battery, they have advised that the scratch has caused the battery issue even though it's impossible that this is the case. Will be taking this on the legal route now sadly as they cannot provide evidence
Terrible customer service and return experience ever
Terrible customer service ever! The website didn't work for the return process, so I had to email customer service, they replied very slowly and needed to provide lots of information. It takes a week!
Ultimately, they provided me with a pdf; I had to print it by myself!
Got received nintendo switch dropped in…
Got received nintendo switch dropped in their warehouse as corner of package got squeezed in order to outside courier box that was mint. For three weeks I was receiving automated emails and finally got labels to send it back and item will be replaced. Just for your information Nintendo we have Christmas time and nobody will be sending back Christmas gifts back!! Nintendo chat as well under the line. Never got experience like that. Lack of interest. Will never get anything from that store!!
Warning to other Nintendo customers
Warning to other Nintendo customers.
If you're Nintendo develops a fault then refuse to send it in for repair yourself. Get the retailer to do it for you on your behalf.
I bought a Switch from Smyth's, which stopped working after six months due to a USB fault. I sent the item, which was in perfect physical condition for repair.
Nintendo are now claiming that it was physically damaged (it wasn't) and have sent me a repair bill. The advisor has been so rude and they point blank refuse to do anything, they won't even repair the damaged USB.
I'm not going to stop until this is resolved, and will be pursuing a claim with the small claims court. The way they have treated me is appalling and it has seriously tainted my view of Nintendo UK.
Honestly, one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had.
0 starts
0 starts, I sent my switch in to be repaired (SD card not recognised), was charged £54 to fix the SD slot. Received the switch back and it hadn't been fixed. Contacted Nintendo and told to send it back. Now they want another £124 on top of the £54. Customer service was rude and awful. The majority of my 8year old sons Christmas presents are switch games and accessories which he won't be able to use as he has no switch. Meanwhile I'm £54 down with nothing to show for it. Absolutely appalling customer service. Man actually laughed at me down the phone. Said hed "take my feedback on board" when I asked for the original £54 back.
I wouldn’t even give one star
I wouldn’t even give one star, I’ve never received customer service like it!!!! Been chasing for my refund for 2 months and still just receiving the same automated emails and apparently you can’t sort over the phone. They now have their product and my money!!!! Disgusting and would never ever use again
Nightmare first experience
Terrible company. I bought 2 items. Suddenly one was out of stock so they couldn't post. Now both items are on stock, but still nothing about posting my items. The chat is nightmare. I was writing my question but suddenly they ended conversation because explanation took me over 2 minutes. Looking for all recently bad reviews I understand this 2 minutes. Probably they're very busy dealing with not happy customers. If you don't need, don't buy anything from them
Utterly shameful organisation
I really wish I could say I had a positive experience with the company Nintendo Switch .
Ordered 3 wireless controllers, they billed me for 3 but only boxed and delivered 1.
Now 3 weeks and 9 emails later still no resolution. It's Really simple ,the Muppet in the dispatch warehouse simply was not able to count to 3 when placing the controllers in the box before dispatched or Nintendo are deliberately ripping off their own customers
Can't believe a big organisation like this needs to rip off it's customers. Shameful.
Excellent repair
Missing item not yet replaced...
I ordered two wireless controllers, only one arrived. I contacted Nintendo about the missing controller the same day. I completed a form and send photos and was told my 'case' had been escalated. A week later, no progress. I contacted customer services again. "We are unable to confirm a specific timeframe for your replacement to be sent out as this pends on the dedicated department." Maybe my expectations have been elevated by the usual immediacy of businesses to resolve any issues. Having paid for something that hasn't arrived, the experience just grates. And to add insult, the item is now also out of stock...
I ordered a switch on the 17th…
I ordered a switch on the 17th November. I was told it would be delivered in 2-4 days it has now been 11 days and nothing. All i keep getting told is that it is being replenished and they have no date for when it will be dispatched.
No customer service…
Ordered some Bowser Lego in Black Friday sales. Spent about 1200 platinum points on various Mario merchandise . The poster set of 3 arrived destroyed buy courier. Posters sent in a flimsy box & not tube. Could not get hold of any customer service as it didn’t work & is a dead end however you try to navigate their site. Terrible & won’t buy anything again as you can’t get hold of Nintendo U.K at all.
WHERE ITEMS NINTENDO
Placed an order through on the 15th of November for about 8 items from the Nintendo store and asked for 1-2 working days so paid extra for shipping as it was my sons birthday.
It's been a week now and it's saying it's still processing. SORT YOUR STUFF OUT NINTENDO
Review: Good products, bad maintenance
The experience was better than it seems on Trustpilot. They actually have good service but there are many common issues with the current models (Nintendo Switch). I have also attended a conference with Nintendo and they are expecting a VR headset with their next generation. Crazy to think they are revolutionising in the greatest ways. I gave a Grade 4 rating for the models' common appearance of bugs and glitches.
The Eevee Plush Toy is in violation!
The Eevee Plush Toy at Walgreens is within violation of your Nintendo Design for this Generation of Let's Go Eevee!
I wanted brown eyes, not black!
Very good!
Was surprised to see a lot of the bad reviews on here because I had a very helpful and polite man on my end. My switch had an error way back in 2017 and wouldn't boot up properly so I called them up. They were very patient and understanding of the situation. After I had sent it off, they were able to fix my switch and even back up my saved data and games. Wish I had gotten the man's name who had helped me
Joy Con Drift
Nintendo controllers had really bad drfit and one fell off my nintendo and broke because of it. I sent it to Nintendo with only the date i bought the controller but without proof of purchase and serial number since i lost them but they fixed both joy cons including the broken one and gave me an extra 1 year warranty for both. Very satisfied.
