I got scammed by Ninopix - "A shipment from order #NX11828870 (Portable mobile HDTV) is on the way" which was never recieved. The website has been shutdown & no traces. Lost all hope to receive neither the order nor my monry. Its evidant that many of us has been scammed and our hard earned money has been looted - can we get some help from Trustpilot (as you have their account here)

Scam scam, They got me too ! Ordered a month ago never got a tracking or anything. Emails keep bouncing back

This company is a Hugh SCAM!!! Ordered on May 12 and still haven’t received it. No one is responding to my emails.. Don’t order from them!!!

Scam. Paid, got a fake tracking number, nothing arrived, website was shut down.

I got scammed too. Ordered late March. Expected delivery May 9 -14. Last update May 22 saying courier has package. Today is June 25. They never answered an email or they bounce back undeliverable.

Ninopix is a BIG SCAM!!!! Run!!!! Do not, I repeat, do not order. You will not get your product. You will not get a refund. I ordered on 5/5/25, and never received the portable TV. Their website no longer exists. Their instagram account no longer exists. I believe they may have opened under a different account name on instagram. You’ve been warned, be careful!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would.

Ordered 24/04/25 and never received the order. No comms, not responding to emails, website down, and tracking not moved since 27/05/25. I have no raised a fraud dispute with my bank to try and recovver the money.

I also ordered on 5/11/25 and have not received my television and the website no longer exists. If someone is filing complaint as some reviewers said, with the police in Orlando, please post how to join this action.

Darn looks like they got me also! I placed an order early May and no product was ever delivered. This really grinds my gears!

Don't order. You will receive a tracking number, but it is just a scam.

Scam, states the package got lost and will send replacement but again that doesn’t arrive.
