I paid for 2 months on this website and…

I paid for 2 months on this website and received no service at all. I contacted support to request a refund, and they told me they would do it only if I purchased another package. That’s when I realized they were scammers. I emailed them saying I do not want any other package and to return my money, but they ignored me and never responded again. Meanwhile, they kept charging me every month. I was forced to close my bank card because they never unsubscribed me.

Now they sent me another email claiming there is a new software with a lifetime license for $399. I told them to return my money first, and they tried to lower the price to $250 and said their policy does not allow refunds. They are still trying to scam me again. Do not buy anything from these scammers.

Beware of fraud

Beware of fraud! Despite timely cancellation, monthly payments continue to be debited. Provider does not respond to attempts to contact them. Fraud charges have been filed.

Scam - stay away

Scam - promise a 7 day money back, but they just ignore this claim. Cancelled the subscription, but they keep charging my credit card. Had to cancel the card to get out of the scheme

Terrible Platform, the creator is even worse

The other poster is absolutely correct. Vinod is a scammer. His response time only warrants when the word refund is mentioned. Beyond that, good luck getting support from his platform. I highly suggest looking elsewhere and not using NinjaPoster.

A fraud merchant

A fraud merchant, previously had a similar software called Pilot Poster, created by someone named Vinod Rajshakha, which only stole people's money with fraudulent software, creating false hopes that you could use their software with a subscription. They do not respond promptly to server issues and then ask to access your computer under the pretext of checking the problems themselves. This is a security breach of the highest level. Do not use this extension; you risk losing your money to unscrupulous individuals who only scam people out of their money. And after you write them a review, they will claim your account is fake.
