Top quality ⭐️

I met the ninja ice cream maker creami through some influencers on Instagram and I immediately fell in love. As soon as there was an opportunity with the sales I wanted to buy it and I must say that it was a positive investment. I'm still a beginner and I'm trying to find the right recipe to make a good light ice cream. Fast shipping arrived in 3-4 business days

Worst pans I’ve ever used and terrible…

Worst pans I’ve ever used and terrible customer service. I bought a set of pans, hoping to receive quality materials as I was spending more than I ever have on kitchenware. After just a few months, the non-stick was peeling off all of them, despite always washing them by hand and treating them well. I contacted customer services and sent them photos multiple times. They finally (after weeks of very slow correspondence and every time a different person replied) decided to send me one new pan (they maintained that they didn’t have them all in stock) but only after I sent back the faulty one (why? They had so many photos of them!). It was in the peak of summer and I was 9 months pregnant. There was no way I had the energy or time to go to the dhl point and queue to send off the faulty pan. Without warning, I received an e-mail on 14/11/23 saying they’d cancelled my replacement pan.

Terrible customer service and appalling returns/replacement policy. If you receive photographic evidence of blatant faulty materials, why on earth should a customer be forced to go out of their way to send heavy items back??? Needless to say I don’t use them anymore. I have a 9 month old baby and I cannot risk contaminating his food with non-stick flakes. I’ll go back to cheap Amazon pans, at least they’re safe, but will always advise friends against buying Ninja Kitchen ones!

Edit: I see your reply is as useless as your pans.

Still waiting for delivery!

We ordered our Ninja a week ago and it has still has not arrived, even though every day this week we have received a message saying that it will be delivered on Monday, then Tuesday, then Wednesday, then Today and …….. despite staying in EVERY day, it still has NOT ARRIVED = not happy……..

Just arrived today

The Ninja air fryer has finally arrived today and it's absolutely fantastic! I'm impressed by how intuitive it is and by how quickly it arrived. I can't wait to try out all of its features. The only small inconvenience is that it doesn't come with an Italian recipe book, but I'm sure I'll still be able to make the most of it.
