Faulty battery not resolved
I emailed the company twice re. a faulty battery in a Vaux speaker, after sending the requested information no reply despite my subsequent request for an acknowledgement and update. Extremely poor customer service they have just left me hanging without guidance and how the issue will be resolved.
Update
I emailed ninety7 again and received a reply to take the issue up with the retailer, no acknowledgment of my comment re. Store and Amazon reviews highlighting the faulty battery issue. I have replied that I would expect the speaker life to be longer than 20 months and requested they make this right.
