Comfortable trousers

I am 5ft and bought the extra short size 12 trousers. The fit is ideal, not too tight and a comfortable material. I am very pleased with the slim fit. I also purchased the wider leg trousers in beige and the quality is just as good.

Excellent quality and service

Great quality of the items - they last for a very long time and the fit is perfect. I have multiple items which are my all time favourites. Fast shipping and great customer service too. Highly recommend

Terrible returns procedure

Terrible returns procedure - will never buy from them again for this reason alone. Many other companies manage this so much better. My fault for not checking before I bought I know, but the items are really expensive so didn’t think this would be the issue it is.

I ordered a pair of pants in the…

I ordered a pair of pants in the beginning of December. I returned them December 15. The package arrived at Ninepine 29 of December. I have heard nothing and contacted them twice.
I am staring to get frustrated and is uncertain if I will ever get my money back.

Poor refund service - still waiting

The Asana trousers are lovely and having bought some previously, I ordered 2 more pairs .
I ordered the wrong length though so returned them immediately. Almost a month later, I am still waiting for my refund!
I love these clothes but this delay (with no response to my emails either) is putting me off ordering again

Without knowing the exact model you purchased, it sounds like it may have been our Asana pants. This particular fabric is finished with a water‑brushed peach technique that gives it its signature buttery‑soft feel. The gentle brushing creates very fine surface fibres( similar to the skin of a peach) which can occasionally attract dust or hair. A quick pass with a lint roller is usually enough, and the vast majority of our customers and focus groups haven’t found this to be a persistent issue.

Most brushed fabrics on the market use a harsher carbon‑brushing method that creates larger fibres and collects significantly more lint. We developed our own water‑based technique specifically to minimise this, while still keeping the luxurious softness.

That said, everyone’s environment and experience can differ, and I’m sorry this wasn’t the right match for you.

Don't buy anything from this company

Don't buy anything from this company if you live in the UK. The returns policy is awful. I bought some trousers using the size guide online and when I got them, the length wasn't right for me. I ended up having to send them back. They have to be sent back via FedEx or UPS and you will be charged heavily for the returns. You have been warned!!!

Excellent Customer Service

Firstly, the garments are good quality and nice to wear!
But most of all the customer service team is excellent. I needed to return an item separately after I had returned other items in the order. Having had bad experiences returning goods outside the UK, I was worried the return would be problematic.
However a person called Alex was really helpful and responded quickly and clearly explained the procedure and the item was refunded immediately.
This is a reliable, reputable company to use.
I highly recommend Ninepine.

Asana trousers and Excellent Service

I have just received my first pair of Asana trousers and truly love the fit and the fabric but found the length was not quite right for me. I had on a Sunday sent an email and almost immediately received a very helpful answer. My need for another pair of trousers in time for my up and coming travel has been kindly and most efficiently resolved and I am one happy customer and will most certainly be visiting Ninepine’s store again on my return. ASANA JOGGER

I ordered the Asana jogger mainly as a WFH/ yoga pants. Initially I was a bit bothered by the seam in the inner thigh (these are not trousers you can wear with anything other than a thong). After washing it softened up enough and I am now finding them very comfortable and practical. The jogger is good for yoga in colder weather. Cosy and not too slippery in tree pose!

Great product and wonderful customer service.

I bought the relaxed straight asana pants (dark grey). The pants are very nice, beautiful and comfy to wear! The material is nice and thick, yet stretchy, you can tell that it's a durable material. Sadly there was an issue with the pants I received. I reached out to customer service, and they replied within a day and handled the matter perfectly. Would definitely buy again from them! Great pants and customer service.

Happy customer!

I love Nine Pine! Their Asana flare leggings are super comfortable, the fabric is great, the length is amazing for tall people and it fits really well. On top of that customer service is quick to reply (unlike other online brands), kind and professional. My return was taking a bit longer than I expected and once I sent an email to ask about it my question was replied within the hour and the refund was in within 3 days. When it comes to brands that don't have a physical shop a reliable customer service is essential, so NinePine gets all the stars and appreciation they deserve.

This feels like 'cut and paste' responses with no real customer service!!

Sadly, I havent had the same level of service not living in Sweden. Tried to generate a return, which Ninepine's system said on 16th December that they would manually send me a label. Still waiting, no contact at all from the company. I appreciate it is a busy time, but I know the product will take a while to be processed and refunded. Clearly the level of customer service doesnt match with the level of sales. And it is good customer service that matters!!

and now you have asked me to provide further information - but no idea as to how to send this and to who?? Bearing in mind that I've already sent 3 emails with no response. What do you suggest
