Absolutely beautiful earrings- bought via Wolf and badger but wanted to review the brand as the moonlit bloom baroque pearl I’ve received are so beautiful and will be perfect for my wedding day 🥰

I have ordered 2 earrings from Ninemoostore, earrings were both stunning, there was miscommunication about taxes and duties but the store is very considerate, they have arranged it, communicated with me and make sure I am happy with the purchased I made.

Amazing customer service and support!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was very disappointing.
My original order arrived with the item missing from the parcel. The shop sent a replacement, which unfortunately arrived too late for the intended occasion (it was meant to be a birthday gift), so I returned it unused exactly as instructed. The returned parcel was delivered and the shop confirmed receipt.
However, I was then told that my refund would only be processed once Royal Mail completed their investigation into the original delivery issue. This left me in the unusual situation of having neither the product nor my money.
The refund was eventually issued only after I initiated a chargeback with my bank.
Based on this experience, I would hesitate to order from this shop again.

Got 2 pairs of earrings with baroque pearls and couldn’t be happier. They are striking but not heavy at all. I love how they feel and look dainty. I love that they are statement earrings. Will be ordering more soon! Really want to get some brooches too. Their packaging is on another level too! Each order came with its own drawstring pouch/dust bag and a small cardboard sleeve to wrap as gifts or for storage. There was also a really sweet beaded bonus bracelet and instructions for care. Lots of attention to detail with all of the packaging is a huge plus in addition to their high quality pieces.

Cannot fault service from Ninemoo they went above and beyond to ensure I received my order.
