Stefan was very responsive. NineLife also made me felt they understood the urgency of my need for the product that I bought. I was kept updated with the delivery and status of the product.
A bit of a hiccup was on the side of the courier but NineLife intervened timely to get the product delivered as scheduled.

The product was exactly what I needed and ordered. It was in excellent condition, regardless of the arduous journey it had to endure. It was easy to order the product and the tracking ability was an added bonus - to know where it was!

This company offers useless products as you cannot send back samples to their laboratory in the U.S. per new customs regulations. They do not inform Philippine consumers that you have no way of sending your samples back either by post or courier.

The products also take too long to arrive. This is rip off and a scam. Buy at your own risk.

Below info can be verified online and is evidence that as early as September, 2025, all couriers and the postal service stopped accepting parcels going to the U.S.:

* MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine Postal Corp. (PHLPost) has suspended all mail and parcel services from the Philippines to the United States, citing new US customs rules that ended its long-standing duty-free exemption on low-value goods.

The halt, announced in an advisory posted on social media Tuesday, September 2, applies to all postal items bound for the US that were accepted beginning August 22.

Customers who lodged shipments during this period may request retrieval and refunds by submitting the required documents, PHLPost said.

* Many couriers and postal services, particularly in Europe and other countries, have temporarily stopped or restricted shipping to the U.S. since September due to new tariffs that went into effect on August 29, 2025. This suspension was a reaction to the U.S. ending the $800 de minimis tax exemption, which made it difficult for many international carriers to manage the additional paperwork and costs.

These information were withheld by the merchant, Ninelife. Otherwise, I would not avail their services. Take note that I have tried shipping through DHL, FedEx, Philpost, LBC to no avail. All refused to accept the parcel containing swab samples.
