Great customer support. Product quality is good. Shipping was late due to problems with the first shipping company which was fixed by customer support and shipped again.

Approximate date of receipt of the goods did not correlate at all with actual date received. Took much longer.

Customer service were very responsive but it took too long time to receive the order. |I have recieved my order from June only on 15 August

To be honest, I waited 3 months for my order and it didn’t arraive, I had to reach out for you guys because you didn’t know that it was missing, I missed 3 surfing trips because my board wasn’t fixed because my epoxy wasn’t here and only last two weeks it was fixed, the only good thing about it it was the epoxy which was great.

This company is not legitimate, it is a scam. If you order you will not get what you order, you will not get a refund, and you will pay a very over inflated price ie you will be scamed out of a huge amount compared to the real price of the item
If you examine all the 5 star reviews it is quite obvious they're fake reviews
google ninefit.ie on quora and trust pilot before even considering parting with money and also compare the price of what you are looking at to other sites selling similar/ identical item's.
One example, a pack of 10 fishing hooks in any shop or online will be at most 3 euro. Ninefit are charging 30 euro and then implying the 30 euro price is a special offer. This is extortion. Stay away from this site
Also be advised the phone number (+353749209999) is a donegal number and on a website called (fresh cart dot ie) but the address for ninefit.ie is in Dublin, further signs it is not legitimate

This company is a scam.
I ordered clips for my boat canopy, of which I was charged $131 for 20. I received an email acknowledging my order and that I would receive tracking information when sent. I have received no tracking information and each time I email, I receive an automated response.
I have noted responses to past reviews that the company has no record of the order. Well my order number is AU-NF# P482072467.
Please send the item immediately or refund my money

Although quite convenient, I had envisioned it even more seamless as it is, but no complains...
Since domain is ".co.il", I thought getting it locally in Israel, but eventually had to wait ~4 weeks, for a very long shipment from USA.

I bought 4 identical pieces of clothing. The price was twice as high as an order 2-years-ago, from a different supplier, but did included low-cost overseas shipping. The supplier sent 2 of the 4 items. With no indication of the supplier completing the order, after 2 months, I requested Ninefit to determine what the situation was with the remaining items. They promptly responded and the supplier also. However, I would have expected Ninefit to have intervened much earlier and without my having to remind them.

Item arrived well in timely fashion.
Color was slightly different from the picture on website

I ordered some anti foul paint for my boat from Ninefit and was not informed it was unavailable. It was only when I went to check my order status that I discovered the order had been cancelled.I e-mailed Ninefit and have the reply their supplier could not supply the goods and they were initiating a refund. NO REFUND AND NO REPLY TO MY LAST E-MAIL. I would not buy from this company again I got my money back through my bank.

One of the best product I ordered online, the shop has a good quality of service and also their products are superb when it comes to durability and usability. A simple and user-friendly equipment. I could used it with ease. Customer service is very good too, they keep you updated about your order and also the shipping was fast. Earlier than I expected.
