Slow deposits poor customer service
1st of all do not let this review put you off the site because the site is amazing but service levels are really poor from my recent experiences, made a deposit friday 19th of December left my bank and showed on the site as pending, left it a hour didn't clear , then made another still the same , Saturday 20th still not cleared still showing as pending, then I thought try a diffrent method monzo which is instant again left my monzo account but shows as pending , contacted customer service and chatted for 30 min not very helpful and told can be instant on a deposit or between 2-3 hours , but sometimes a couple of days? Told I will have to wait ,im a vip customer and have deposited daily for the last 2 years none of this seems to matter, in my opinion nine casino need to take a serious look at time taken and offer a better solution on deposits we are in 2025 and everything is instant regarding payment, feel I didn't get the service levels expected, this is the second time that this has happened within the last 2 months and losing faith in nine casino,update on Monday 22/12/2025 @9.20am and payment are still showing as pending, just not acceptable ,updated 09/01/26 ,totally disagree with the response from nine casino, 5 business days for a payment to go in we are in 2026, 1 of the payments was monzo which is instant , I have emailled nine as requested and and asked to provide proof of the transaction, this has been sent bank statement and 2 x screenshot, email response back sorry you have sent the incorrect documents???, it has everything on the statement requested name address account number , transaction date , transaction amout and transaction reference, I have now requested a call back to resolve but not received one, this just proves my point and customer service is really poor

I am responding to the response I received to my post on November 22nd. I have not received my $1000+ payout from ninecasino since November 22nd. They rejected my Skrill payout 4 times. Then I asked for a bank account and that was it. The 6th time, I requested a Sepa instant payout, it was completed on the ninecasino website but it did not arrive in my bank. I have turned over my deposit hundreds of times. My account is verified! They accepted all the documents. It is December 4th and my money is nowhere to be found. So you should think about who is to blame! This is not slander, this is the truth that I can prove. Moreover, the deposit was blocked, without any justification.

Absolute scam, won’t let me withdraw
DO NOT USE NINECASINO THEY WILL NOT LET YOU WITHDRAW AND THEY DO NOT REPLY.I have played with nine casino for years and am a loyal customer. I deposited £100 and turned it into £3000 which has been sat in my balance for a week waiting to withdraw. It told me to verify my bank card, bank account , identity and proof of income. I have proved identity , bank card and bank account but when I add proof of income it says it’s rejected due to not showing the original deposit, so I changed it (showing the original deposit). This also was rejected, stating that it only accepted PDF files. I changed the file to PDF and found the file that shows the original deposit. This is still rejected which shows that they will do anything to not allow you to withdraw. How can I not withdraw £3000 over the website not accepting my bank statement even though it is the right file type. This is unacceptable for a loyal customer and I expect for mine casino to get in contact with me ASAP to sort this before I contact a solicitor as you will not get away with stealing £3000 from a customer.

So, I deposited and withdrew money several times, there have never been any problems. Last week, out of nowhere, their operator blocked all my accounts with this software (ninecasino, betonred, spinmama etc.). What's worse, I have over 500 euros frozen at Nine Casino, and they're in no hurry to return it to me. Initially, they didn't want any documents; they just told me to wait. When I started pressing for a refund, they wanted a statement from my Skrill account, and on Saturday, a bank statement. When I messaged them again today to request a refund, they asked me to send them the same documents I'd already sent them! This company is a complete mess! I haven't had a similar experience in over a decade, and they're behaving like thieves. I hope that by writing this post, I'll be able to move my case forward and they'll finally give me my money back.
