STEER CLEAR !!! Don't go anywhere near this company or associated sites. The "Trim" patches are nothing more than white pieces of tape, not impregnated with any type of "pill" as shown in advertisement. You can't remove the backing paper easily. They can leave a visible area on the skin (kind of like a rash). Trying to get a refund is a long drawn out process (YOU CAN'T get a full refund unless you return the package back to China). After many emails a starting offer of 20% is issued, then 40% (max). My final offer was 50%.But most importantly, THEY DON'T WORK !!!. Any and all claims that they do are bogus, not to be believed and are totally bias. That old adage "IF IT'S TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE" ? You better belive it ! I'd think more than twice before spending any time, but most importantly MONEY, on nothing more than a false hope.

If I could give a minus I would. This product is just gauze. You can buy at any pharmacy. It is a massive con!
I e.mailed the company. And was fobbed off with. It doesn't always work straight away. 36 days and not an ounce did I lose. Beware!!

Supposed to come as a square with a circle just a glorified elastaplas with a smell complete waste of money and false advertising should be done under false advertising. but not in this country

What a load of rubbish, complete scam product. I have already complained when i recieved my goods, nothing like what they advertise. I have now been using what i can only describe as a piece of sticky paper , ( i may as well have purchased a oack of post it notes and used them ). Don't be taken in by them, when you get them there seems to be nothing on them, no smell either i wish i new someone who could anaylise them just to see if there is anything on the paper. The reason i have given 1 star is because you cant give zero. I have now asked for a refund, lets see what happens.

Just adding an addition to my report above, as you can see below they have made a response, which i may say is pretty much the same as all of you have had back, taking a quick look diwn the other peoples experience. I have emailed the company pointing out that i sent an email after receiving my goods and was fobbed off with an email back saying that the product was genuine even though it was nothing like that what had been advertised and i had purchased ( i know this is a fact you all seem to be aware of ).
I have asked, why this response, is it because my complaint is now visable to the public?. I am sure you all feel the same.

Product didn't work. Asked for refund was told I couldn't have a refund just because it didn't work for me.
I have wasted my money and have nothing to show.

This product is fake and does not work. DO NOT buy it.

It is a total scam, it was just white strips, wish I can sue for false advertising, that Chinese company need to be stopped .

What a complete waste of money. I completely agree with the other comments. I wish I had seen them before buying this rubbish. This company should not be trusted.

This company should be taken off all advertising platforms. It is a complete scam. Thats all you recieve is boxexs of plasters. Total rubbish.

Don't be gullible and think a patch will reduce any fat. It does nothing at all. Don't waste your money

I bought these but the name was astridpedersen not ninapedersen. Exactly the same, received 4 boxes of sticky tape which are obviously just that. Have sent numerous e mails and had no response. Quoted their 'lifetime guarantee etc but nothing. Went to try and post a review on the site but it wouldn't let me do that either. Gonna have to contact my bank to see if I can do chargeback. £63.00 is a lot of money to lose. Seriously, do not buy from these scammers.

After responding to Nina Pedersen's request to contact their support, which I did, here we are 4 weeks later and have received 0 contact from them. They seem to be 'selling' so many different items, people are gonna continue being ripped off my these despicable scammers. It's about time they were shut down for good. I'm gonna be taking screenshots of every one of their ads that pop up and post them to fb in the hope I can stop at least one person from being scammed out of their hard earned money, yes, I'll also post a copy of my initial review, their response and this one too.

I can't say whether or not these patches are any good as I have yet to find a patch where I can peel off the backing to enable me to use it! I have received an email from them asking for my opinion but when I click on the link it takes me through to a site which appears to be written in German which I do not speak. I will be attempting to contact them for a refund.

Order was actually delivered by Yodel - but to the front doorstep of the wrong address and not even on the correct street. After being told - these are the geographical coordinates of the address we delivered to it must be correct?? After contacting supplier I provided all details of delivery but (after many emails where it was my fault!) was told, we can reship to the correct address on further payment of £8. I will be using chargeback and will update on here but also you are entitled to claim a refund if the goods are not of satisfactory quality under the Consumer Rights Act, which may apply also if bought online as I understand it?

I have finally had an email to my complaints for this company. I agree with everything that has already been said.
Spokesperson said "We do not guarantee that customers will achieve the same results as described on our landing page, as this varies from person to person" They are fraudulent, I told them they were deceitful as per their advert of refund for return if not satisfied. I too was offered 20% which relates to £9.40. I paid £47.85, so if the cost of return to China is £16 I will at least get back £31 + .
Is there anyway this company can be taken down for false/fraudulent advertising?
Update one year later:
I was naive or stupid to believe i would get my money back..... What I id get back were the patches I sent to Nina Pedersen, No Money just the items returned to me. I still say they are a Fraudullent company, wouldnt trust anything they say.

wish had read here first, ordered today and after reading it is a scam am now trying to cancel my order and get a refund before it leaves the depot.I am an oap so tbh doubt would have worked, am so cross with myself and this company, giving people false hope. I bought 2 sets of these and on the advertising on the box on there site it states trimpatch however when you receive them they are from China and called ximonth I emailed them as it states on there box 12 weeks there is only 12 patches in each box they took my complaints and told me I would have to buy more as it was misleading on the box there fault but they will sorting that out as it can be misleading and they are just bits of mesh nothing else and you can buy them on e bay as I found out for a fraction of the price these people are charging for them total waste of time and money I learned an expensive lesson just like a lot of other people did it's a disgrace

Totally agree with most of those comments. I spent 45 pounds on these. Absolutely rubbish. On some adverts they show a product being put into a circle on the patch before sticking the patch onto your body. Mine are just plain mesh, have no smell to them and do absolutely nothing. I'm trying to locate an email address to complain to. Can anyone help please.

Scam, in my opinion this product doesn't work, don't waste your money, the customer service is also appalling.
