Stay away if you value your money. This is the one and only attorney office that wanted to charge us 100 euros for a consult. I paid and expected to get premium consultation, but instead we got a lot confusing, unclear claims (half of them were wrong), no responses on follow ups. Even worse, once we started asking questions, the person who was doing the consultation - Carmen Custura, became very confrontational and instead of answering our questions, she started ridiculing those questions. She also cancelled the first meeting 2 minutes before the meeting, claiming her internet was not working, and when we finally met, she didn't even apologize. The price was at least 50% more than what others quoted us. The cherry on the cake was when once she became irritated by our "audacity" of asking questions, she just hang up 45 minutes into the call, even though technically we paid for the full hour. To sum up, this was the most outrageous experience of any legal consultation, and that's not even considering that it was paid. For a paid consult this was outrageous. I think their core service offering is not helping with visas, it is giving useless consultations and cutting the people off after they paid 100 euros. Stay away. You have been warned.
