The operation was very professional and they put great effort into the after-care, answering all questions, important issues even outside business hours.
I did a lot of research beforehand and they seem to be one of the top hair transplant clinics in the world.

Really genuine clinic, everyone took care of me from day one. Now 5 months in and still getting monthly check ins, wanting updates on progress.

Visited Instabul in October (surgrey 21st Oct) with my dad. We had a joint procedure, I had 3650 grafts through DHI and my dad had the FUE method. The booking process and before info was great. We decided to go with NIM off a friends recommendation. I also liked that they didnt ask for a big deposit upfront and used flight booking confirmation which you purchased yourself as the deposit.
We arrived at the airport with all the information we needed in instanbul. There was a 25 minute wait for the minibus which wasnt ideal as we just wanted to get to the hotel to have dinner but once it arrived the minibus was lovely and we got to the hotel as planned.
Surgery day was great, picked up, was given all the info we needed and it all made us feel confident and reassured. Surgery was lengthy, anesthetic injections really werent pleasant but after these there was 0 pain with the technicians constantly asking if we were confortable or if we felt any pain. Top up injections were given in areas which started to wear off, couldn't complain about the surgery at all.
Sleep the surgery night wasnt the best as expected, we revisited the clinic again the following day for the post wash and exosome injections, again all brilliant and after that into the minibus as off to the airport to return home.
Post surgery recovery wasn't pleasant for the first couple of weeks, again we expected this after what our heads had just gone through. Throughout the whole process when back in the UK nimclinic have been available to answer any questions we have regarding any aspects. I am now in week 6 post surgery, my initial regrowth has shed 1-2 weeks ago and I can start to see new growth. At this point I am happy with the progress but looking forward to it thickening out!
All in all I couldn't fault Nimclinic at all. Minor things could have improved my stay, hotel wasn't great, there was construction work being done in the hotel at the time particularily outside my window which when not having to leave the room until 12 being woken up from a broken night sleep early wasn't the best. I would maybe suggest looking into upgrading the hotel option. But again this is outside of the actual 'operation service' of NimClinic.

I wouldn't hesitate in sending friends or family to Nimclinic. Thanks Nim Team!

Had hair transplant recently with Nim Clinic, the experience was very good from airport pickup to drop off to hotel, clinic and airport. My treatment was done on 10 November, had taken care of by two beautiful doctors with my hair transplant recently. Mr. Khan (translator) was great with me from receiving till finish he was very supportive. Ms. Berfin special mention with my aftercare and information. Thanking everyone for the support. I'm excited for my results and will post in future.

Had my procedure 1 month ago today. The staff is very professional and the clinic is spotless! Kaan was an excellent interpreter. Follow up to this point has been fantastic. Can’t wait to see the ultimate results.

Absolutely brilliant from the minute they picked me up from the airport to the minute I was dropped off back to the airport. Everything ran smoothly not one issue. The level of care and treatment from all the staff was unbelievable. Really happy with my results better than I expected would highly recommend couldn’t thank them anymore.

I had a hair transplant at NimClinic and honestly, everything went really well! The whole team was very professional and helpful. From the moment I landed, everything was organized: a taxi was waiting for me at the airport and took me straight to my hotel. The next day, getting between the hotel and the clinic was easy and smooth.
I felt really comfortable with everyone at the clinic, but I want to say a special thank you to my personal team: Mr. Kaan, and the two lovely ladies, Gul and Melvide. The overall experience with Nim Clinic has been phenomenal. The day I consulted them for initial consultancy till date, they have been very supportive and helpful. Ms. Gamze was my initial contact and she was very supportive in explaining the things to me. Mr. Kaan arranged everything from airport pickup to hospital transportation arrangements. He was also available throughout during the procedure. Ms. Berfin has been providing me on-going support till date and explain things as a what to do and how to.
The procedure went very well. The staff has been very helpful. Abdul Qader was very humble who actually knew what needs to be done.

After 2 weeks I am very pleased with my transplant results .from start to finish I was made to feel very comfortable .there was a translator present which I could ask questions the procedure was explained to me .the technicians were very talented and the theatre was very clean .i would recommend Nim clinic 100 percent if you are looking for a good professional quality trouble free service

I can honestly say I had a great experience with NIM Clinic. Everything went really smoothly from start to finish. They picked me up from the airport, brought me to my hotel, and then to the clinic the next day. Everyone was really friendly and helpful, and they answered all my questions when I arrived.

I had my own translator and was guided through each step of the process, including the aftercare. I always felt well looked after, and the follow-up service has been great too.

I travelled from Ireland and spent three days in Istanbul for the procedure. I had 4,600 grafts done, and it was a lot cheaper than it would have been back home. Overall, I’m delighted with the whole experience and would definitely recommend NIM Clinic to anyone thinking about getting a hair transplant.

It's been one year since I got the transplant done with these guys. The process was as smooth, right from they picking up from the airport to taking to the clinic and then dropping off back at the airport. The best part is they followed up for the whole year to check on progress, answered any questions and provided proactive support to make sure the treatment was successful. Very impressed and definitely recommend them.

My experience: Consulted with the clinic on line thru text and zoom prior to my decision to book my appointment. I also had researched/ interviewed other clinics in Turkey as well as clinics at home in the Dallas-Ft. Worth, Texas area.
With my questions satisfactorily answered after my consultation discussing the process and price, I booked a time convention for me.
78 hour experience. Flew in to Istanbul Airport, met my private driver who took me to the hotel. Next morning the driver picked me up after breakfast and drove me to the clinic where I was met by escort and interpreter. Met with the doctor, drew labs, ekg, cut my hair and then off to the races. I slept through a lot of the procedure. Driver took me back to the hotel for the night. Next morning, back to the clinic for the follow up and then off to the airport.
Once at home, the clinic followed up regularly and continues to once a month.
Price / value: My round-trip airfare and procedure was less than half the cost of having it done in the USA with more than twice as many grafts.
I am very happy with the entire experience.

I went to Nim Clinic in July for my hair transplant and honestly I can not fault them. Everything you want to see from a clinic and its staff, they have. I’m from England so going to turkey for my hair transplant seemed like a good option because of the cost saving, but of course comes with its share of risks too. However after arriving at the clinic and meeting the team I knew I’d made the right decision. Since coming home the team have been so helpful and proactive in making sure I’m okay, we talk regularly about my healing journey and they’re always there at the end of the phone if I need anything, which is invaluable because the healing process can be daunting at times. If you’re looking into Nim Clinic and are on the fence take it from me, you won’t find a better service and price anywhere else. And if you do book, tell them Charlie sent you they’ll look after you 😉
