Good experience in store with salesman Des who took time to explain different bed types and mattresses. Bed bought on a Sunday then it arrived in-store the following Thursday and was delivered by James and Daniel the following Monday. Delivery and assembly took barely 20 minutes, all packaging was removed and James and Daniel were friendly and again explained best practice for using the Ottoman base we had chosen. Looking forward to our first night's sleep!

Had a side lift small double bed delivered by 2 very nice and very cheery lads, Daniel and James. They were very efficient and had the bed installed in no time. Thank you also to Jason in Cupar who showed good knowledge and helped me pick the right bed .

Purchased a bed frame and mattress from Nimbus. James and Daniel delivered and built the bed for me which was great - very polite and friendly and the whole experience from buying to delivery was great. I’d use Nimbus beds again and recommend them to others, a great local business. Thanks!

Fantastic experience from start to finish - Jason had great knowledge of his product in the Thornton shop and made sure I was happy with the mattress I selected. Communication throughout was brilliant - always informed of every step of the process. Delivery guys Daniel and James were absolutely fantastic, very professional and friendly. Took extra care taking out old mattress and unpacking and placing new mattress on bed for me. Would give 10 stars if possible. Thanks again!

After a helpful visit to the Cupar store Matt was very informative and we decided on a mattress. Matt couldn’t have been more helpful and kept us updated all the way through from order to delivery. Unfortunately the mattress developed a fault. Again the staff were great. Almost instant answers to emails and the mattress was replaced straight away with a considerable upgrade which was unexpected but very nice. The delivery guys are very polite and professional. Overall the customer service and quality of product have been exceptional. Pleasure to deal with this company and nice feeling supporting a local business. Highly recommended.

I honestly can’t recommend Nimbus Beds enough.

I bought two beds from them a couple of years ago and both are still exceptional quality — solid, comfortable, and beautifully made. From the start, their service and communication have been excellent.

More recently, I contacted them because my headboard had come away from the wall. Without hesitation, the boys were out the very next day and had it securely fitted back on. No fuss, no stress — just brilliant customer care.

They were so lovely and friendly and genuinely went above and beyond, which is rare these days. It really shows how much they care about their customers, even years after purchase.

Outstanding quality, outstanding service, and genuinely great people. Highly recommend! 👏✨

We bought our Kingsize Bed and bedside cabinets in Nimbus fantastic service from start to finish . The staff are so helpful nothing was a bother we were in a few times !
Delivery times spot on and great prices too .

Great service and nothing is too much trouble. Even when we had a small problem with one mattress it was replaced straight away and with a smile. I don’t go anywhere else.

Des and the team have been amazing! We went in just looking for a headboard and had no idea they could make a bed to exactly how we want it. Just had our bed delivered and the delivery was amazing. The bed is perfect. Every inch has been well put together! Can’t thank them all enough!

Recently purchased a mattress from the Cupar store. Des was very friendly and helpful - not pushy like some stores can be (which is why I avoid them!)
Mattress arrived in under 4wks. Communication was spot on and delivery was swift. Overall a 10/10.

My wife ordered a garden furniture set over the phone. The person she delt with was very pleasant and helpful.
Delivery was arranged for a Monday and arrived as expected. Well packaged. The two guys who made the delivery were polite and friendly.
From placing the order to it being delivered we were kept upto date via email.

The whole team at Nimbus were a pleasure to deal with. That coupled with the great price makes it easy for me to recommend them without hesitation.

Great experience- Jason was very knowledgeable about which mattress would suit and very patient whilst I tried each of them out!
Seems good value for money so far!
