Excellent Customer Service
I would just like to say thank you to the support team at Nimble. I don’t get the opportunity to use the e-learning package that often but when I do I can be a little rusty, it’s so reassuring to know that the Nimble team are just at the other end of the phone for support.
Last week I had an issue and spoke to a really helpful person called Sven, he explained a couple of things over the phone and then kindly offered to help me sort the issues, I can’t thank him enough for solving the problem and also following it up with an email explaining the fault in detail.

A great company with very passionate, helpful staff
We've been using Nimble's eLearning authoring and LMS solution for the past 4 years. Their tools allow us to produce professional looking courses and to easily manage our training records. Very responsive tech support and advice when needed. A great company with passionate people leading it. Easy to recommend.
