Fast delivery
Fast delivery! The chairs are fashionable and very easy to assemble; my wife and I are happy with how they look. However, I wouldn't recommend them for long periods of sitting (like working or studying). Because the padding is so soft, you sink down until the hard plastic edge at the front starts pushing into your thighs. This creates a pressure point that becomes uncomfortable after about 30 minutes. I'm using for dining.

Never again
The shoe cabinet arrived damaged, incomplete, and poorly painted (we have photos to prove it). The front is the back and vice versa. How can they make a mistake during production with the drawings in front of them? Not only did we wait over 30 days for the damn shipment, but now we have to send it back and wait for another complaint. Contact by email and phone is difficult. I do not recommend this company and will never buy from them again.

The worst customer service experience
The worst customer service experience. Good luck if you order will need to be split in multiple deliveries.
Even though customer service confirmed that my big order can be split into 3 deliveries, after placing the order I was informed it cannot be done. Therefore, I needed to wait 4 weeks for a mattress, that was in stock, just because it couldn't be split. The funny thing was that they delivered the mattress separately anyway because they messed up the order and deliver just half of the items. Afterwards, I didn't get any information regarding when the rest of the order will be delivered.
If they promise to send you a confirmation, they'll most likely forget and you'll have to call to the customer service once again for the 100th time.
Also don't expect any helpful information regarding delivery dates or times. If you need anything on a specific date, count with at least a week long delay.
However, the products are fine and cheap. If you can go pick them up yourself, so you don't have to deal with them.

As you can see in the attached photo, one of the chair legs completely broke after only a few weeks of normal use. I was simply sitting on the chair when it snapped, causing me to fall. This is not just a quality issue – it is a serious safety risk.
What’s even more concerning is that all the chairs feel unstable and cheaply made, so I have no confidence that the same thing won’t happen again with the others.
I contacted the company, but instead of taking responsibility, they expect me to pay for return shipping – even though this is clearly a defective product and not a change-of-mind return.
I strongly advise others to avoid buying this dining set. The quality is far below what you would reasonably expect, and it can potentially cause injury.

Unexpected box
I ordered a drawer. Nowhere in the site was it stated that it will come in pieces. After submitting a review I was offered a compensation. I competed the furniture with some help. It was very difficult and some of the photos in the instructions were wrong. Overall,it is what it looks like, but doesn't come assembled. It was a difficult situation but at least I was partially understood.
