I provided my email address in exchange for a promised 10% discount - mistake. The discount was not provided. I have emailed 3 times to address the issue as they do not provide a phone number. No response. Cannot review or provide feedback on their website so I found this website. I am disappointed in what I am reading but agree that ordering from them was a mistake. My next step is to dispute the charge with credit card company.

Well I sure wish I saw these before I ordered! I actually received the product, took about 3 weeks. They were a gift for my nephews but they don't like them. The term "hassel free" is a giant joke. So far just sent one email but no response. There was a number on my AMEX bill and it's not a real number. Do not order!

Total scam site- they should be investigated and shut down! Address is out of Kentucky but clearly they don;t back up their "no hassle returns". Contacted them multiple times and no response. Time to call BBB and Attorney General for Consumer Affairs to file a formal complaint.

I have emailed multiple times and included pictures in the first email. I first received one wallet of an order which was broken. I asked for return instructions and did not receive a reply except to say the second was on its way. I received the second and it is clearly not as outlined on the website. I am dissatisfied with the entire interaction and products received.

It took a while to get here but it’s good quality leather not pleather holds all my cards and cash not a scam at all and you should be ashamed to say it is this is a legit company air tag slot is good and tight clasp is strong

The product smells very strong of paint and chemicals. I actually expected something else from a leather product. It does not meet my expectations in any way and seems to be a very cheap product while it was offered at a premium price.

Was looking for a Evutec offcial phone case and this site came up - they charged over $90 PER CASE - I only ordered 1 case but they charged for 2. Then, when I received them they were totally fake - one drop with the phone and the glass would shatter.

I tried multiple times to contact customer support to resolve this but no one ever responded.

Hopefully this review will help in ensuring others are not scammed. $196 is a lot of money and they are not responding so I can't even return it.

Why this scam website is not shuted down?!? To pay with Apple pay?! Totally untracable and can not get money back,SHUT DOWN THE WEBSITE ,who is responsible ?

Absolutely terrible. Purchased for my husband for Christmas. Wallet is cheap leather that is wrinkled. I didn’t even give it to him it’s so bad. Looks nothing like the photos on the website. The company “approves” reviews and denied my bad one. They only allow positive reviews to be posted on both the website and Facebook. Have been trying to return with their advertised hassle free returns and can’t get anyone to email me back. After 6 emails and a Facebook message, I disputed the charge with capital one and are letting them handle getting the money back. Such a waste of time and money.

Purchased a wallet & key chain for my husband for Christmas and need to return them. Their website says "Hassle Free Returns" but my experience has not been hassle free. First of all, they do not have a phone number listed so you can't speak to anyone about your order/return. I have emailed them twice now and have not heard back from anyone. This is terrible customer service!! Even if you are busy a simple reply saying "we are working on this and will contact you soon" would be better than hearing nothing at all. Very disappointing!!

Products presented on website does not have any resemblance whatsoever in what is delivered! It's even so that the boxing/manual is not from Nimalist. No answer when trying to return - mail sent Nov 8th.

Absolute junk. Took a month to come now I have been trying to send back and nobody will even reply. Ive seen better quality at the dollar store. It is plastic garbage. So disappointed. After multiple emails only one person replied and just told me it was on its way. DO NOT BUY

Total cheats, potential buyers please be careful you will not get the wallet and you credit card will be charged immediately. Complete fraud

Ordered 2 of these wallets as Christmas gifts on Nov. 28th. It is now Jan. 1st and neither has arrived. Their customer support does not respond! I will be contacting my credit card company to dispute these charges.

I would give it no stars if I could..agree with all prior posts.how do we go after these bums..any ideas..my wife bought for me and charged to our bank debit card..going to the bank on Monday to formally make a fraud charge..perhaps something can be done that way.,any ideas greatly appreciated..

I ordered a wallet and apple tag for my bf as a gift for Christmas on November 29th. It’s December 30th and I still have no package. I’m feel so scammed after finding these reviews that sound exactly like my story. There is no number to contact them which is not a good sign. I should have just ordered the wallet from Amazon

I am running into the same issue as everyone else here. My GF ordered a wallet from them before black Friday after seeing Flossy Carter’s review on it on youtube. It is now Dec 30th and no wallet. Tracking hasn’t updated in over a week, and at this point we are probably not going to receive it. We reached out to them multiple times on their site, chat, and FB and all we got was a generic response stating to give them another 4 to 7 business days. Never ordering from this site again.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I’ve tried to initiate a return by emailing them, as their website instructs you to do so, and I have gotten no response. The wallet is terrible quality.

Received as a Christmas present from my wife. It was not what we were expecting and although the website notes a 45 day return policy there is no address or phone number and they do not seem to respond to emails.
