Think before you buy any item through…

Think before you buy any item through online platform and the Return and Refund policy is not customer friendly. I happened to buy one article and ultimately was denied refund, as the item cannot be exchanged and can be exchanged if found defective. The customer doesn't have the privilege of returning if the item doesn't meet the requirement as is being done with other online shopping platforms. Hence, I would recommend not to buy any article from @home online and the customer will be disappointed.
