Just got my second Nilfisk 200 premium, 1st one lasted 4 years hard work. I said 4 years ago, if I need to replace this once a year then I’d be happy to do so as it was perfect for what I do which is cleaning exterior walls prior to painting. This time I bought the lance to go with new one. The lance looks awesome but I have still to actually use this part. It should reach way up allowing me to catch most jobs from ground level other than maybe the tops of eves. Game changer.

Good delivery and product fits

Purchased a Nilfisk Core 140 water pressure washer it seems that the water pressure pipe disconnects itself from the S gun . Bought a replacement but didnt last long unclipped itself from the water pressure pipe. On speaking to the company were asked to cut a small amount of rubber that covers the connector to the S gun. Need to advise new customers that there is a problem with this connector as the pressure will disengage the pipe from the gun. The machine has only been used about six times.

Item not delivered - total rip off. Where is our item? We have paid over £300 to you and not received it. Appalling.

Faulty power washer supplied. Internal leak in machine on first use. Reported it direct with nilfisk. Back and forth emails over two day's. Still no resolution offered. It's a simple refund or replacement matter. Have had to request refund via PayPal.
As a previous nilfisk owner I was a advocate for the brand and their quality.
Having now experienced a faulty machine (can happen with any brand) and had the misfortune of engaging with their customer service, I will never buy another nilfisk branded product.

Applied for refund via PayPal. This was dealt with promptly.

The after sale service from the guys here in the Netherlands is, excellent.
The delivery service of UPS is at least poor; thanks to Mitchel from Nilfisk-NL I received my Nilfisk and extra parts.

It would be even better if Nilfisk specifies on the web which parts fits on what machine, high pressure (e.g. the multi nossle).

I think, I'll use my machine by this weekend of august 15, 2026.

I ordered the pressure washer over the weekend and got the item on Monday

I was bitterly disappointed with the quality of the hoover I purchased, especially the quality of the plastic tubes which were wafer thin and flimsy. One was broken with several cracks. I was expecting a sturdy metal tube not a brittle plastic cheap substitute.

Purchased my third wet dry vacuum last year, slightly taller one and unfortunately very unbalanced and easily tips over, it tipped over at weekend and top cover clip broken.
Emailed nilfisk uk as within 2 year warrenty plus issue arises from defect in their product, ie the height. Got jobsworth response offering no help under warrenty and even worse customer service was the providing me with part no but no service provider to do the repair
Certainly not purchase nilfisk again for wet dry vacuum.
