Easy to understand approach to complex concepts
Tony, who was the tutor for the course, managed to explain the complex concepts included in the PRINCE2 manual in a very easy-to-understand manner. Also, despite the foundation course lasting only three days (given that the manual is more than 300 pages), the course very efficiently provided all the necessary information and covered the main aspects needed to pass the exam. I really appreciated the chosen approach — that it was not only about learning the concepts and terminology, but actually understanding them and how they are applied.

Outstanding Training and Support from NILC
I recently completed my ITIL 4 Foundation course with NILC, and I can confidently say it was one of the best training experiences I’ve had. From registration to course delivery, everything was handled so smoothly and professionally.
The trainers were knowledgeable, engaging, and very supportive throughout the learning process. The course materials were clear, well-structured, and practical — which made understanding ITIL concepts much easier.

ITIL Foundation Course Training Experience
The exam process was clear and not overcomplicated. The Exam Proctor was very polite and provided clear instructions on how the exam process would be conducted. The user experience for the training resources for the course was a bit overcomplicated and has room for improvement. The instructions were not provided to access the ebook for the ITIL Course and it took some time for me to navigate through multiple sections to find it. It would have been better if the ebook was included in the one zip file document provided.

While we aim to support our learners as best we can with video resources as part of the pre-course learning materials, we are limited in how the official course resources are packaged and delivered to learners.

I recently attended Jonathan Pollinger’s course on 15/10/2025 for Microsoft 365 Copilot for Advanced Users, and it was exceptional. The session was engaging, exciting, and went beyond simply showcasing Copilot’s features. Jonathan provided a comprehensive overview of other key tools, clearly explaining the pros and cons of each.

Brilliant training
I really enjoyed Jonathan Pollinger's AI training session. He's extremely knowledgeable and I learned a lot. It was really useful to pick up some real-life applications and I made lots of notes! As I missed the end of the session due to a prior appointment it was really helpful to be able to watch the replay, which I have done today.
