I've used my compact Nikon 8x20 bins for survey work in the mountains for years and the focus wheel had become loose. Even though it was out of warranty and the parts were no longer covered, the workshop in the UK offered to send them to Europe to see if they could be repaired. And they were repaired and returned, all for £56 with no extra charge for shipping to and from Europe. Maria Ramzan in the UK office was particularly helpful throughout.

Long and delayed delivery of my order. Totally unhelpful customer service who told me what I can already read from the tracking. No further explanation of the delays, or when will I expect the delivery. They even told me that they will send a followup email if they are finished investigating the delay but I did not even receive any update from them. I am very much into nikon products but your customer service is abysmal! They also used most awful UPS as delivery service, which does not provide you of any updates, especially when it is out for delivery and they added to the tracking that I missed the delivery but I did not even hear them ring my flat, and they have written that it was the second time they tried to deliver but it was just the first attempt, which they did not even attempt to deliver. Their UPS delivery drivers are liars.

I've been using nikon z9 for day-to-day shooting. I appreciate the firmware updates, cuz in the beginning there were a few unpolished things, but updates added some useful features and polished everything up.

The ring holding the ocular lens on my small Nikon Prostaff binoculars had broken so they were unusable. Although I had had them 2 years the company replaced them for nothing as they felt getting the part would take too long. Excellent service that was really personalised. Even postage was paid by them. My experience with Nikon has always been a good one, on this occasion I found myself even more satisfied than I thought I would be. The service was good. The conversation was fluid. The support was solid transport and logistics was up-to-date and very informative the quality of the work was outstanding. My camera is practically brand-new again And I would highly recommend.

My Monarch 7 binocular rubber had almost disintegrated after just under 5 years, I sent them in for repair under warranty and it was decided they were too far gone so I was offered a replacement pair. Anastasia who handled my claim was fantastic, regular updates by email and phone and organised the delivery of my binoculars to suit me as I was away at the time. Tremendous service.

I purchased binoculars which developed a fault with the eye cups after about four years. The after sales service was excellent. They were repaired and there was no charge. Superb helpful staff.

In September my Nikon D500 developed a fault. I contacted NIkon Repair service. A courier collected the camera for assessment free of charge. As it happens no fault was detected and because of a minor delay the camera was returned to me free of charge. Communication by phone and email was excellent throughout. I would not hesitate to use the Repair Centre in thefuture.

Having been caught out with a local generic repair many years ago, I sent my D5 body back to Nikon for a pro repair. More expensive - but it's so worth it. Nikon had to disassemble most of the body, replacing all the rubberised grips etc. I'm impressed - it's like having a brand new body again!

Prompt repair following the sudden failure of a well used Nikon D610. Particular thanks must go to Anastasia in Service Support for ensuring that the camera was returned in time for me to take on holiday.

After dropping my underwater housing onto rocks after exiting a dive the auto focus and iris controls were inoperable. On arrival home the Nikon D850 with Nikon 24-70mm lens were sent to the Nikon Service department where they were evaluated for damage and the lens repaired and serviced. The body was fine. The service was exceptional and I was kept informed during the entire repair period. The lens has arrived back as new and is operating as normal. I have invested in Nikon equipment for 30 years and as a professional cameraman it was one of the best decisions I have made. Thank you. MP

I bought a pair of Monarch 10 x 42 Binoculars 5 years ago and was really pleased with them. Unfortunately the eye dial broke and they were sent back for repair. Not long after I got them back the lenses no longer aligned and I had to return them for repair. To my delight instead of repairing them, I was sent a brand new pair of binoculars. Anastasia in customer services couldn't have been more pleasant. Thank you Nikon.
