All good

Bought something with a good price. Was skeptical because of the reviews. Got my sweater in 3 working days, which for me is faster than i thought.

Terrible Customer Service and No Response!

Unfortunately, my experience with Nigra Mercato has been extremely disappointing. After my package was returned to their facility, I tried to contact customer service multiple times without success. The package was sent to the correct address, but for some reason, it was returned.

I have requested confirmation of the package's receipt and the next steps for processing the return, but I have not received any response. Additionally, I received a notification that a credit slip was generated for my order, but there is no credit slip visible in my account, likely because I created the account after placing the order.

I am very disappointed by this inconvenience and the lack of customer service. I was looking forward to these products, but the lack of communication and resolution from Nigra Mercato has been frustrating. I do not recommend buying from this store due to their poor customer service and lack of accountability.

I will not be shopping here again and suggest others think twice before doing so. One star is even too much for this experience!

Happy with everything!

Bought a pair of Nike slides and they arrived really fast, without any problems. Very happy with the whole shopping experience! Would def buy again.

So no refund or recognition of…

So no refund or recognition of attempted delivery by Parcelforce. No money back. Do not order from this business unless you are in Spain. They might be equally bad in Spain too, but I’m giving them the benefit of the doubt.
