They arrived faster then I thought they would and work great thanks guys for knocking it out of the park

I'm still waiting on products from you guys that I haven't received and I can't find it on the I got the tracking number and everything but I can't find the package so yeah I'm not very happy

I recently ordered the Night Operator night vision and I’m seriously impressed. For the money, you get a ton of bang for your buck. The quality has gone way beyond what I expected.

I’ll admit, I questioned the helmet mount mainly because it came included. Usually when something is thrown in with a package, you don’t expect it to be that good. I was wrong. The mount is solid, secure, and way better than I expected. I trust it enough to hold my PVS-14 without worrying about it.

If I didn’t already have other night vision, I would have bought more. I’m extremely happy with the purchase and would recommend Night Operator to anyone looking for a great setup without spending a fortune.

I haven't received my pvs14 yet, but I appreciate the updates on it's progress though the build.

I ordered the nvg 2.0 woth the solar pack and was told that it is outdated offer and was out of stock but still took the money watch what you order

I was happy with the package deal but the helmet attachment was said to be in the package as a free extra witch never came

tracking said delivered, nothing at my door for two more days. Not fully their fault, carrier issue, but the suport reply just repeated the tracking info back at me.

2 stars because I never received my package and response from seller was less than helpful. Maybe if I receive the product I’ll update but for now I’m out over $500 and can’t get enough info from Night Operator to complete the claim from UPS. This is my experience maybe others had better.

So long to ship. And amfalse advertising that lead the customer in false believe. Confusing the customer with fake pictures leading you in wrong reality.
The part of the product shipped is not even a good quality compare to the image and video they show you in their website. Illégal and irresponsable.

Placed order for 2.0 Max, with Helmet, Mount, Solar Battery and Pouch. Took 3 weeks to be delivered, the battery pouch was included while the battery was not. I emailed customer service that I did not get my battery and was told it is not included. It's sold separately. I sent them screenshots from the website stating it was included and left a 1 Star Review with screenshots attached. They deleted my review immediately. Very deceitful bait and switch tactics. Then, they cover up their corrupt business practices. Will not be ordering from them again.

Great piece of equipment. I was in the Army for 8 years and my issued PVS-14 were not of this quality with clarity.

Pvs 14 plus 1800-2000 fom
Got told 5 ish weeks came in 2, big plus.
G24 works great J arm screw came loose after about a day so I gotta send it back, not great. Everything ships as it comes. Not one big box (not positive or negative just an observation)
Optic works a treat but j arm breaking in a day is not amazing.

Can't beat the quality for the price. My PVS-14 is exactly what I needed!

I bought the heat/viper combo under the impression that is was actually a combo deal...it seemed.to be advertised that way. I'd be careful when ordering. I was quite surprised when just the night vision side came in and was told by customer service that it was not a combo. Night vision works as advertised at least so there is that.

I absolutely love this optic. Crystal clear, good adjustments, love the hard box and all the attachments and accessories. I wasn't sure I would like the white phospher but I do. delivery was timely. Would Definitely recommend.

Product was high quality and arrived in a very reasonable amount of time.

Great products for the price well worth it.
