Very efficient reliable company and polite helpful staff order put out for delivery very quickly

I used their online Chat service to enquire about an item I was expecting to receive. My query was resolved within 5mins. On the whole I have have very very few problems with their home delivery service.

Nightingales are always dependable indeed. They are always so helpful when we phone, give good advice and deal with any query we might have. They are exceedingly quick to see to our request for items and quick to arrange delivery. All round – good service!

I placed my order on Tuesday morning, I received my order on Thursday morning, Excellent service.

Super service. Staff on phone slays friendly and the phone is answered really quickly. Our second order arrived really quickly. The first one took a little longer as they have to get a prescription from our surgery but the second arrived within a few days. Would definitely recommend!
