Adorable PJ’s and fabulous customer service 🤍

I ordered some pyjamas in April after the new owner Deb had taken over and recieved my order super quickly and have been very impressed at the customer service. The Aperol Spritz pyjamas are gorgeous, very high quality and super comfy! So much so, I have ordered more and decided to use them as my bridal party getting ready pjs for my wedding day!

I recently saw that the Night Store was under new management and as I had not received an order since January I thought I would contact them with the hope I could either get my money back or finally receive my order. From that moment on I received an email from Deb who had taken over apologising for the previous management’s neglect.. She immediately got things moving and had a new outfit dispatched without question. Suffice to say I was incredibly impressed by the service she gave and I would ask everyone that may have had a bad experience with this Store to support them going forward because Deb is turning things around and if you love the products they sell then you certainly won’t be disappointed with the service. Having previously left a negative review I can clarify that the matter regarding a refund has now been rectified by the new owners and is very much appreciated.

Was extremely worried at lack of communication from this company as I adore their products! However, since the takeover by a new company the customer service has been 10 out of 10! Let’s help rebuild this brand as it is now in excellent hands

New delivery
I have a previous order delivered recently after the company was taken over, the service was exceptional.
I have since ordered a 2nd order and this arrived very quickly well packaged and again very impressed with the quality of my purchase. I wish the new owners ever success as they have turned bad customer care round very quickly to exceptional good customer care within weeks.

I have ordeered from Nighstore a few times in previous years and the quality of products and value for money has always been consistantly high. However, when I last ordered (around Christmas time last year) the customer service was realluy not great at all-(mainly communication failures around delivery/returns issues). However, the company has recently changed hands and it seems that the customer service has improved no end from my very recent experience-which has been exceptional. Night Store, now ticks every box for me-lovely, high quality products, great pricing and really excellent customer service. Highly recommended-don't let the older reviews put you off !

Brilliant Takeover
I had ordered a lounge set in January for my operation in March. Obviously it did not arrive. I sent numerous emails never getting a reply. So I wrote off the order. Imagine my surprise when I got the email saying there was a new person in charge and my order would be with me in a week. It arrived and it is a lovely quality and I am very pleased. I will definitely be ordering again. The new company is brilliant.

Everyone needs to ignore the negative reviews written during the last months of 2025 and early 2026. New owners were taking over this company and the previous owners did not do a great job communicating anything during this time. With the new team led by Debs, things have turned completely around. Transparent communication, excellent customer service and amazing quality products!

Having previously left a negative review on here in desperation after not receiving goods and emails going unanswered it’s only fair to say that this has now been resolved. It appears the company has been taken over. I received an email apologising for the previous poor service and my lounge set arrived a few days later. The quality isn’t amazing but I’m just pleased to have got what I paid for and impressed with the frank
and honest communication and the new measures put into place.

It was a beautiful surprise when a package arrived with some lovely pyjamas (Tropical Short Set) but all wasn't as it seemed.
To cut a long story short my hubby had accidently used my details and debit card to order his little trout a gift!
As I have never been close to a size 10 I contacted the night store to arrange a return and the customer service team really excelled by sending me out the same set but in a real woman's size.
Next step is to be wearing them tonight for when my hubby (ex!) returns from wherever he claims to have been ...

Originally ordered back in January with no delivery or response to messages. When the new owners took over I got two suits delivered and a refund for the item they could give. Great way to recover a lost customer x

The items are really great quality and have been worth the wait during the transition period between the old and new company owners. The new owners of The Night Store have been great at updates and keeping their customers updated . Thank you - I will continue to be a happy shopper !

Waited while the ownership changed but received same quality good as before, just took some follow up but very happy with good
