Bought a Barbour jacket online. Arrived within 2 days. Unfortunately it didn’t fit so I sent the jacket back and I have now been refunded all within the same week. Can’t fault that kind of service!

Poor customer service

Ordered a ralph lauren hoody showing in stock, paid next day delivery. Waited...and waited..then notified of refund several days later.
Got email telling me out of stock and 15% discount off next order.
Went back on site later and showing in stock again, ordered and used code given. Order cancelled again. Offered different product for same price, said I would wait for the hoody to come back in stock. Told me it won't come back in stock so said I would accept the product they offered and...nothing. sent another email reminding them and....nothing.
Inaccurate stock levels, Inaccurate website and customer services make offers they then ignore when the offer is taken up. Disappointed

I was so pleased to be able to by a Ted…

I was so pleased to be able to by a Ted Baker suit online. It’s very difficult these days to get ‘Regular’ fit in anything let alone the right size! Not everyone is ‘Slim Fit’ or ‘Skinny’…! So I was delighted to be able to find & order this suit which arrived safely within a matter of 2 days - Thank you! I have a number of TB suits which are stylish and so well made with lots of attention to detail. I’ll definitely shop again with Nigel Clare! 😎👍
