I was asked to send my passport without…
I was asked to send my passport without any shadows or fingerprints in the frame. I sent my passport 5-6 times, and each time it was denied. I had to request a refund 3 times before it was acknowledged. I do not recommend this company.

They mandate these standards to ensure the validity and security of submitted documents, especially when they are intended for review by an official office.

Regarding the refund, we have reviewed your request and confirm that it was processed promptly after your initial request on August 16th . Please note that your refund request we received at 11;19 am our time and refund confirmation you received at 12:07 pm August 16th, note that process time of refund depends on your bank and usually take 3-5 days. We regret any confusion or delay in this regard.

I didn't see any reviews for this service but they have a lower fee compared to others, so I decided to give them a try. Received my NIF within 12 days after filling out their online form. Everything went smoothly with no issues. Can recommend.
